Chris Brown has gained plenty of attention for his Welcome to My Life movie, which was released on Thursday, June 8. Brown completed his national tour with French Montana and Fabolous, and appeared on the red carpet to promote Welcome to My Life on Tuesday, June 6. As reported by XXL Mag, Brown has bounced back from troubles and struggles over his lifetime to appear on songs with Meek Mill and Nas. Now Chris is opening his soul to viewers via his Welcome to My Life movie, which is a documentary wherein Chris talks about how the public viewed him as a monster after a violent night with Rihanna became public fodder. Brown also said that he considered suicide, as seen in the below video clip of Welcome to My Life.

Brown brought his daughter Royalty and his mother, Joyce Hawkins, to the premiere of Welcome to My Life. The below video snippet of Welcome to My Life shows Brown sitting solo in a chair, speaking about events of his life. Other stars appear in the movie, speaking about when they first noticed that Chris was a new super-talent hitting the scene. Google Trends reports that Chris Brown received more than 50,000 searches on Thursday, June 8.

Produced by Andrew Listermann and directed by Andrew Sandler, the Welcome to My Life movie brought out Brown’s friends to the red carpet premiere. The above YouTube snippet of the Welcome to My Life trailer has gotten more than 6,700 thumbs down ratings. However, with the big stars showing up in the movie, including Jamie Foxx, Mary J. Blige, DJ Khaled, and Rita Ora, the attention on the documentary is huge. But Chris’ reason for bringing his daughter to see the movie was to incorporate her in all aspects of his life.

“She is my life. She’s a part of my life in all aspects. I thought music was at first but she’s number one, and then the music. Bringing her here, I wanted to show her that daddy is cool, I guess.”

Brown said that the Welcome to My Life movie would give Chris’ fans an opportunity to understand his life experiences.

The premiere took place in Los Angeles. Now Brown has released the title track that explains the theme of the movie. Brown released “Heartbreak On A Full Moon,” reports HipHop-N-More.

As seen on Fandango, the full Welcome to My Life movie is rated R and runs for one hour and 35 minutes. The description of the movie on the website features a synopsis that curiously leaves off what the event features.
