Bethenny Frankel Bringing Out A New Fredrik Eklund On Their New Show
Bethenny Frankel is one busy businesswoman. Frankel has not only been filming the current season of The Real Housewives of New York, but she has also had the time to run her multi-million dollar business and film a brand new show for Bravo. The new show doesn’t have an official title yet, but Bethenny has hinted that the show is called Keeping It Real Estate. Frankel has been filming this show with Million Dollar Listing: New York star Fredrik Eklund, and the show is about them buying and flipping real estate together.
According to a new Bravo report, Bethenny Frankel may influence the Fredrik that the viewers see on Million Dollar Listing: New York. On that show, Eklund is the fun real-estate agent who is the leader of his team. However, when he’s working with Frankel alone, fans get to see a different side of him.
“You know, she’s one of those, like, demanding personalities. When she speaks, she’s in your face, she’s in your head, she’s in your heart. I feel like I’m married to her,” Fredrik explained to Bravo’s the Daily Dish, revealing that the two of them joke quite a bit about their relationship. “And we joke about that, like that I’m her gay husband. There is a really loving friendship at the bottom of it, and now there’s this business venture.”

Of course, Bethenny is a force on The Real Housewives of New York, and she doesn’t take any drama from anyone. In fact, when Fredrik tries to challenge her throughout the show, she shuts him right down. Eklund reveals that he doesn’t take her crap, and this creates an interesting dynamic between these two.
“I think I’m one of the few people — I think she would agree — that I don’t take sh** from her,” Fredrik explained. “She tries to, and then I give her back exactly or even a little bit more [than] what she’s trying to give to me.”
These two have known one another for quite some time, so it will be interesting to see them work together and sell properties. While Fredrik is the one selling the spaces, Bethenny may be the one designing them.

As for Bethenny Frankel, she knows that she’s a handful. And she knows that fans will expect to see her crazy personality and her attention to detail. As it turns out, Frankel knows that Fredrik will be affected by her personality, and she points out that he has been dealing with her demanding ways quite well.
“He’s handling it phenomenally well because people haven’t seen this side of him. People see Fredrik in charge of everything and he’s the business guy. And he is and he’s amazing, but this is showing when you film for two hours, you’re gonna see something different,” Bethenny Frankel previously revealed to Bravo about her working relationship with Fredrik. “And so this is different for him and it’s amazing. I think it’s bringing out a side of him that people have never seen. I mean I know it is.”
Bravo may have pitched this show to Bethenny Frankel and Fredrik Eklund to see if they would be interested in working together. Since they are friends and have worked together before in selling Frankel’s Tribeca apartment, they may have thought the show was a great idea and pursued it. It sounds like they have just started filming the show a few days ago, so it may take some time before it airs on Bravo.
