Jax Taylor And Brittany Cartwright Return To SUR As Their ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Spinoff Premiere Date Nears
Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright have seemingly returned to SUR Restaurant for filming on the upcoming sixth season of Vanderpump Rules.
As the premiere date for their spinoff, Jax & Brittany Take Kentucky, nears, Taylor and Cartwright are back in Los Angeles with their co-stars. On Wednesday, May 17, they shared a photo from the set of their Bravo reality show.
“Another night at our second home,” Jax Taylor wrote in the caption of a photo of himself and his girlfriend of two years, also adding the hashtag #PumpRules.
Prior to their return to Los Angeles, West Hollywood specifically, Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright were in Palm Desert for the wedding of a couple of their friends. Scheana Marie was also in town for the nuptials, as were her longtime friends Stacie and Jessica Hall.
Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright began dating in 2015 and landed their own spinoff series at the end of last year after appearing on Vanderpump Rules together for two seasons (Taylor has been a full-time cast member since Season 1). The spinoff, which was filmed in Cartwright’s hometown in Kentucky, will follow Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright as they face her family’s pressures to tie the knot.

Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright didn’t seem too sure about marriage as he and Brittany Cartwright filmed the fourth season of Vanderpump Rules but ahead of the show’s fifth season, which began airing last year, he appeared to have a change of heart.
“Before Brittany I was not about marriage. It was not going to happen for me. I didn’t believe in marriage. Not because I didn’t love Brittany, I just didn’t believe in marriage. It just wasn’t for me,” he told the Daily Dish last November. “As time progresses, I’m starting to open my mind about it a little bit more because I do love her and that’s something she wants. And I’m willing to bring the idea back. We’ll see. I just hate divorce. I hate it. I’ve done a lot of things in my life, it’s just kind of the one box I don’t want to check off that I’ve done.”
“She’s just an amazing girl. I love her to death. She’s just so sweet, so kind. She has a lot of patience,” he continued. “It takes someone to have a lot of patience with me cause I’m kind of all over the place. I think patience is the key. Everybody loves her. There’s not one person that can say a bad thing about her. I feel like they would trade me in for her any day. I think anybody would.”
In the years since Cartwright relocated from Kentucky to Los Angeles to be with her boyfriend, she has grown extremely close to his co-stars, including Scheana Marie and Kristen Doute, and is expected to be featured in a full-time role when Vanderpump Rules continues with Season 6 later this year.
Months after Jax Taylor’s interview with the Daily Dish, he and Brittany Cartwright sparked rumors of a possible engagement when they shared the photo above. As fans can see, Cartwright looks to be wearing an engagement ring in the photo.
In the months that followed the Instagram photo of Cartwright’s potential engagement ring, the reality star has seemingly shut down rumors by sharing several photos of herself in which she is no longer sporting the stunning piece of jewelry.
Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright’s spinoff premiere date is set for this summer.
