Lindsay Lohan Dodges Questions About Her Secret Half-Sister on ‘GMA’
Lindsay Lohan skirted quesionts about the shocking revelation that she has a secret half-sister on Good Morning America on Friday. Michael Lohan recently underwent a DNA test which reportedly proved that he fathered a daughter out of wedlock with a former mistress. The baby is now 17-years-old, according to Radar Online.
When Good Morning America’s Amy Robach asked about the recently revealed half-sister, the actress replied, “I didn’t even hear that, thanks for the news.” Lohan was on GMA to discuss her upcoming Lifetime movie, Liz & Dick. After sharing her rave review of the movie, Robach tossed some soft questions at Lindsay concerning the space her family frequently takes up in news headlines.
When asked if she thought her life would have turned out differently without the constant scrutiny which accompanies fame, LiLo had this to say:
“Um … I mean obviously yes, to a certain extent, but um, I think that everyone goes through things in life, and I like to learn from my mistakes, obviously, but I wouldn’t be who I am today if I hadn’t gone through certain things, everything happens for a reason, good or bad, so you can just take what you’ve learned from it and move forward.”
Lindsay Lohan’s decision to be a guest on Good Morning America came just days after she cancelled a more serious interview segment with Barbara Walters. After bowing out of the Walters’ interview Lohan opted to grace the couch on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. LiLo is scheduled to appear on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno next on Tuesday.
