According to the man himself, Pitt says this interest has been years in the making, having said,

“I’ve been doodling ideas for buildings and furniture since the early 1990s, when I first discovered [Charles Rennie] Mackintosh and Frank Lloyd Wright. Actually, I found Wright in college, when I was looking for a lazy two-point credit to get out of French. It forever changed my life.”

So when will you be able to buy some furniture from Brad Pitt? It doesn’t look like it’s too far off. According to Architectural Digest who has been covering the new Art Deco turn in Brad Pitt’s life, the furniture will make its debut and will be unveiled on November 13 though the 15th in New York. For those who are interested in seeing the line from Brad Pitt, the furniture will be featured on Pitt’s collaborator’s site.

It is said that Pitt will display 12 new pieces of furniture, which will feature tables and chairs. At one point the magazine described one of Pitt’s pieces as “one rather fantastic bed.” His design team includes Pitt and Frank Pollaro.
