NASA Commander shares Russian training, trip to ISS on Twitter

NASA astronaut Jeff Williams, the commander of the next International Space Station mission is using Twitter to provide a behind the scenes look into his training in Russia and his six months on the International Space Station.

Williams is in his final month of training at the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center in Star City, Russia before preparing to travel to the space station aboard a Soyuz spacecraft September 30.

Once on the space station, Williams will become the first space station commander to share his experiences using Twitter, according to NASA.
