Jenelle Evans Shares Baby Bump Update As She Fights For Custody Of Youngest Son
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans shared a baby update with fans this week. Jenelle uploaded a photo of her pregnant belly at 33 weeks while enjoying the season. She added a pink emoji bow to the photo to showcase the fact she’s expecting a baby girl. Evans announced she’s expecting her third child several months ago with her due date falling on January 28.
The photo shows her rounded belly under a skin-tight black shirt and leather jacket. It’s similar to an update she posted three weeks in which she compares her baby bump to a basketball. It seems Jenelle loves showing off her pregnancy and keeps fans updated with the latest pics of her growing bump.

She’s also posted several photos this past week showcasing her family getting ready to celebrate the holidays. In one photo shared to Instagram, her seven-year-old son Jace is seen helping with decorations with the family’s Christmas tree in the background. The expecting mom shared another photo on social media that shows her sitting on a log with her two boys as they enjoy a bonfire.
It seems Jenelle is pulling out all the stops this holiday season as she prepares to welcome her daughter. The reality star is also embattled in a custody dispute regarding her youngest son, two-year-old Kaiser. According to documents quoted by In Touch Weekly, Jenelle doesn’t believe her ex Nathan Griffith is fit to parent their toddler. She claims Nathan is mentally unstable and may be using drugs, according to the report. Griffith is also facing criminal charges as he was arrested over the summer for violence against his then girlfriend.
The parents head back to court January 4 to settle the custody matter, which is cutting it close to Jenelle’s due date. Evans is expecting baby Ensley with boyfriend David Eason. Eason, who is the father of two children himself, has proved to be yet another controversial boyfriend in Jenelle’s life. He was arrested on domestic violence charges against an ex-girlfriend, which resulted in a protective order. David recently violated said order and was sentenced to jail time, reported Daily Mail.
The order also states David cannot have contact with his son, whom he shares with the ex-girlfriend. When he ran into the boy, who was with his family at a store, David approached the “frightened” child. This led to the subsequent arrest and jail sentence. This may help explain why Jenelle’s mother, Barbara, referred to David as “the worst boyfriend” her daughter has had.
While Jenelle is obviously looking forward to the birth of her daughter, fans are also excited over the news. They took to the star’s Instagram account to share their joy, despite the drama surrounding both Evans and Eason. One commenter expressed their happiness over Jenelle expecting a baby girl after having two sons.

However, other comments are not as kind given the controversy that seems to follow Jenelle on and off camera.

Despite the negative attention, Jenelle hasn’t seemed to let it get her down as she prepares for baby Ensley’s arrival. She posted a photo showing both sons kissing her pregnant belly with a positive caption that captures her mood as she celebrates the impending birth of her third child.
