Justin Bieber Feels ‘Always Alone’ On ‘Purpose Tour’ After Sofia Richie Split And Selena Gomez Feud

Justin Bieber seems to have a perfect life, with screaming crowds of adoring fans, soaring success as the prince of pop music, and fortune as well as fame at just 22. But life at the top isn’t always as perfect as it looks, the Biebs admitted recently, and he shared that he feels “always alone” during his “Purpose World Tour.”

After a recent split from Sofia Richie and a heated feud with Selena Gomez on Instagram, Justin confirmed that he’s single in an interview on Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show. Ellen didn’t hesitate to probe about the details of his dating life, noted Us Weekly.

But while he stressed he is single, Bieber also clarified that he’s not quite ready to mingle in what marked his 26th appearance on the talk show. Reflecting on DeGeneres’ question as to whether he has a special woman in his life right now, Justin got candid.

“I’m not dating anybody. I’m single.”

Bieber also revealed that he is “not really looking” for a new girlfriend at this point. But that didn’t stop Ellen from seeking more information, and she asked if Justin uses the dating app Tinder when he’s traveling.

“I don’t,” said Bieber.

“Would you be curious to do that?” asked DeGeneres.

“Not really,” responded the pop prince.

And if Bieber did happen to change his mind and decide to turn to Tinder, he won’t reunite with his former girlfriend Selena Gomez by using the dating app, noted BBC News.

Selena has emphasized in an interview that she does not want to use Tinder to find a date.

“I would never go on Tinder,” Gomez declared. “I think it would scare me. I go on dates. It’s not that difficult — I’m a nice young lady — but that’s not my focus. I’m really stoked about being with myself right now.”

During his interview on Ellen’s talk show, Justin also made a major announcement about his “Purpose World Tour” while revealing that he does sometimes feel lonely, reported Extra.

Bieber has completed more than 100 shows, and he just announced plans for his first stadium tour. On August 5, Justin will begin the North American stadium leg of his tour at the Rose Bowl in Los Angeles. That will allow the Biebs to perform for larger crowds, up to 50,000 per show.

However, Bieber responded to DeGeneres’ question about feeling lonely on his “Purpose World Tour” with a confession.

“That’s probably the hardest thing, just being alone all the time. I’m always alone.”

Justin does have one faithful companion on his tour, however.

“I bring my dog, Esther,” added the 22-year-old.

As to what caused Bieber and Sofia Richie’s split, an insider told E! News that it was Justin who decided to “cool things down” with Sofia.

“It was super-hot and heavy, and because Justin doesn’t want a relationship right now, he wanted to cool things down,” shared the source. “It wasn’t an intentional cool-off [but] just sort of happened on its own.”

But an insider told E! News that Richie had been hopeful she would achieve a serious relationship with Bieber.

“Sofia would like to be exclusive and hopes it will lead into that shortly. She has always had something for Justin.”

However, another source informed the media outlet that although the two currently are friends, they are “taking a backseat though on the romance side of things and just focusing on being friends at this time.”

When it comes to Selena Gomez, Bieber and his ex-girlfriend fought on Instagram in August after he scolded his fans for their hostility toward Sofia (he and Richie were dating at the time). Selena subsequently issued a public apology to Bieber following their Instagram war of words, noted Elite Daily.

It all began when Gomez hopped onto Justin’s Instagram page following his threat to make his account private in response to the mean comments about Richie. Selena advised her former boyfriend to stop posting photos of Sofia.

However, Bieber battled right back.

The war of words ended with Justin exiting Instagram and Gomez apologizing. Her fans rushed to defend her.

But as to whether that apology might have opened the door to a future reconciliation between the two former lovebirds remains to be seen.
