James Franco Denies Dating Ashley Benson, Says Bieber Wants To ‘Kick His A**’

In a blog post for the Huffington Post, meta-actor James Franco recently took up to task the reports surrounding his love life. On Monday it was reported that Franco, 34, was seeing his Spring Breakers costar and Pretty Little Liars star Ashley Benson, 22, complete with sources spotting them at various places in Los Angeles. However, Franco isn’t letting these rumors get too far and has subsequently denied them.

In a series of blog posts titled The Search for the Real, his latest post documents the month of October in the world of James Franco. In an excerpt he addresses those pesky internet love rumors, which have not only paired him with Benson, but with Justin Bieber’s girlfriend Selena Gomez, as well. Not to let an opportunity pass, Franco also addressed the supposed rift Bieber has with him.

In the post Franco writes:

“I also hear that I’ve been dating Selena Gomez, Kristen Stewart and Ashley Benson. Hot damn, am I a lucky guy. I wish I had actually gotten closer than the 13th row of the theater in Toronto where Kristen gave her On the Road Q and A, but I didn’t; not only did I not talk to her, I didn’t even go to the SoHo house where I supposedly asked her out on a date. As for Gomez and Benson, those are Bieber’s girls and I wouldn’t dare tangle with the Biebs. I heard he wants to kick my ass. Yikes!”

Before being linked to his Spring Breakers costars, Franco was linked to Twilight lady Kristen Stewart, who at the time of their supposed meeting at the Toronto Film Festival was recently single due to the cheating scandal she endured. Earlier reports had said the two were spotted at the event talking at a party and acting flirty with one another. An unnamed source also spotted the pair at Soho House.
