Kit Harington’s upcoming film has just landed North American distribution, according to The Wrap. The British Game of Thrones star has been attached to western thriller Brimstone for over a year now, but the film landed its U.S. distribution only recently.

Momentum Pictures acquired U.S. distribution rights for Brimstone co-starring Kit Harington and Dakota Fanning. The film was shown at the Toronto International Film Festival earlier this year and received mostly positive reviews.
Apart from Fanning and Kit Harington, Guy Pearce also stars in the film, which centers on a woman (Fanning) who runs from authorities after being accused of a crime she didn’t commit.
Kit Harington plays an outlaw hiding out in a barn, while Pearce portrays a vengeful Reverend who chases Fanning’s character. The 29-year-old Game of Thrones star returns for the HBO hit drama fantasy series in 2017.
Kit Harington recently wrapped filming for Xavier Dolan’s first English-language film titled The Death and Life of John F. Donovan. The film is expected to be a huge hit as it also stars Natalie Portman, Jessica Chastain, Susan Sarandon, and other big Hollywood names.

But Game of Thrones Season 7 is still much more anticipated than Donovan. In fact, Kit Harington, who turns 30 later this year, has been recently spotted on the set of the HBO series after landing at the Spanish airport, according to Mirage News.
On the photos taken by Spanish locals, Kit Harington can be seen wearing a full costume as Jon Snow and is filming scenes with Davos Seaworth (played by Liam Cunningham) in Gaztelugatxe.

While Kit Harington and Cunningham’s characters are seen walking down a stairwell, other Game of Thrones characters such as Missandei (Nathalie Emmanuel) and actors dressed like Unsullied and Dothraki, were also spotted on the set.
It could mean only one thing: Jon Snow (Kit Harington) and Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) will finally meet for the first time in Season 7, and they could form an alliance. Peter Dinklage, who plays Tyrion Lannister (Daenerys’ Hand of the Queen, since recently), was also spotted filming scenes with Davos Seaworth.
So Game of Thrones fans could even see photos of Kit Harington and Emilia Clarke filming scenes together sometime soon.
And if that’s not enough, fans of Kit Harington and Clarke were thrilled to find that Clarke had shared photos of herself and her Game of Thrones co-star hanging out together at a Chemical Brothers concert in Spain a few weeks ago, where the latest season of the hit show was being filmed. According to Time magazine, the costars enjoyed their night off from filming to take in the concert.
Game of Thrones Season 7 is set to premiere in summer 2017.
Even though Game of Thrones producers killed off Ygritte, played by Rose Leslie, Kit Harington’s romance with Leslie is still very much alive, according to Mobile and Apps. In fact, the two are still passionate about one another as seen from their recent photos taken during a sweet stroll in Ireland.

Kit Harington and Leslie had been dating even before the actress joined Harington on Game of Thrones, but they broke up in 2013. Then the two rekindled their romance after Leslie joined the HBO series as Harington’s love interest.
Kit Harington and Leslie have been very private about their romance, which is why the couple deals with persistent breakup rumors. In fact, even though the two have had an on-and-off relationship for years, they publicly confirmed they were an item only earlier this year.
In his recent interview with Vogue Italia, Kit Harington revealed what it was like falling in love with Leslie while filming scenes for HBO’s Game of Thrones.
“Because the country is beautiful, because the Northern Lights are magical, and because it was there that I fell in love.”
Kit Harington also added that it becomes “very easy to fall in love” when you’re already attracted to someone and they play your love interests on the show.
