Chris Brown & Rihanna Urged To Start Dating Again Amid Reconciliation Reports
Chris Brown and Rihanna split for good in 2013, but as reports are now alleging that there’s a chance the former couple could potentially start dating again, some fans are urging the couple to get back together.
After sources alleged to Radar Online earlier this week that Chris has recently been “taking steps towards” a romantic reconciliation with Rihanna following their 2013 breakup despite Brown’s abusive past, some fans are now willing the two to start dating again.
Fans of the former couple took to social media to throw in their two cents amid the reconciliation claims, with many Twitter users making it pretty clear that they’d actually like to see the two back together.

“I want Chris Brown and Rihanna to get back together,” Twitter user @meowmeeka_ tweeted out, while @csamaris wrote on the 140-character site amid the reconciliation reports, “Like if Rihanna and Chris brown got back together I’d be the happiest.”
“Every time I see pictures of Chris [with] Rihanna,” Twitter user @_jonnayousee added, “I always wish & not getting tired of hoping they will back together again someday.”
Fellow Twitter user @HeyArnold21 wrote, “Lowkey high key want Chris Brown and Rihanna to get back together.”
Fans encouraging Rihanna and Brown to reconcile and start dating will likely come as a shock to other fans of the two musicians, as Brown was infamously arrested for assaulting the “Diamonds” singer in 2009, as confirmed by Billboard.
But while Rihanna and Chris Brown split following Brown’s arrest for domestic violence, the couple reconciled in 2012 and even attended the 2013 Grammy awards together, during which time Rihanna got seriously candid about dating the singer again in an interview with Rolling Stone just months before she and Chris split once again.
Rihanna spoke candidly about dating Chris again in the magazine interview, admitting at the time that she “just couldn’t bury” her feelings for Chris despite his past history of domestic violence.
“I decided it was more important for me to be happy, and I wasn’t going to let anybody’s opinion get in the way of that,” the pop star said of getting back together with Brown.
“After being tormented for so many years, being angry and dark, I’d rather just live my truth and take the backlash. I can handle it,” Rihanna continued of dating Brown again and the backlash their reconciliation garnered from many fans and the media. “Even if it’s a mistake, it’s my mistake.”
Rihanna and Chris have not officially confirmed if there’s a chance that they may get back together once again following Rihanna’s October split with Drake, although fans willing the two to start dating again three years after their breakup comes after Radar Online alleged that the former couple have supposedly been “talking every day” in recent weeks.
The site alluded to the twosome potentially dating again earlier this week, alleging that Brown has “taken tentative steps towards a romantic reunion with Rihanna” and even claimed that two have seen each other in person in recent weeks.
According to a source who spoke out to the site about the alleged potential reconciliation, Rihanna “can’t believe the change in Chris” that she’s been seeing since she and Brown reportedly started speaking again and added that Rihanna believes that her former boyfriend is actually now “maturing” since they split three years ago.
“He’s moodier and more serious,” an insider told the site of how Chris has reportedly started to change his ways.
The source also alleged that Brown is supposedly “much softer and a borderline feminist these days” as rumors continue to swirl that he and Rihanna could potentially get back together and start dating again.
