‘Game Of Thrones’ Season 7 Spoilers: Stark Siblings To Reunite, Sansa Pregnancy Rumors Addressed

Warning: This article may contain Game of Thrones Season 7 spoilers.

We have reported on several major Game of Thrones Season 7 spoilers coming out of Spain in recent weeks, as the GoT cast and crew have been filming important scenes in Seville and Malparitida, among other key locations. But, this week, we have some big news from GoT filming in Northern Ireland.

According to highly-reliable fan site Watchers On The Wall, a new set has been built just outside Belfast at a location known as Wolf Hill Quarry. The area has been blanketed with fake snow and huge green screens have been erected for post-production CGI effects. Sources indicate that filming at the quarry will take three weeks, and there will be — wait for it — 300 wights in the sequence. If that information is accurate, Wolf Hill will be the second-largest sequence of Season 7, behind only the massive Malpartida battle currently filming in Spain.

WOTW also dropped some plot spoilers, including that Jorah goes to Oldtown in search of a cure and will meet Sam at the Citadel. Sam will reportedly help Jorah after he discovers he is Old Bear Jeor Mormont’s son, who, of course, was Sam’s former commander. Meanwhile, set spies say that Cersei’s Queensguard will be wearing new uniforms in Season 7.

In bigger news, GoT sources report that Sansa, Arya, and Bran Stark will reunite with each other in Game of Thrones Season 7. Apparently, the meeting will go well at first, with the siblings happy and relieved to finally see each other again. However, Sansa and Arya — having had very different experiences while apart — will soon clash over ruling styles, and Littlefinger will try to take advantage of the rift between them. Also, WOTW sources confirm that Sansa will not be pregnant in Season 7, laying that persistent fan rumor to rest.

In Game of Thrones Season 7 casting news, Spanish GoT fansite Los Siete Reinos posted a photo of English actor Tom Hopper seated beside actor James Faulker (Randyll Tarly) in the city of Cáceres last week. WOTW speculates that Hopper has been cast as Dickon Tarly, who was previously played by Freddie Stroma. Stroma is currently starring as H.G. Wells in the ABC series Time After Time and was likely unavailable to resume the role of Dickon. As for Hopper, he has previously appeared in Black Sails, Merlin, and Barbarians Rising.

Sources say Hopper will be taking part in the epic ambush scenes being shot in Malpartida. As Inquisitr previously reported, this sequence will feature Daenerys and her dragons, the Dothraki horde and the Lannisters. It will reportedly be the biggest Game of Thrones battle sequence since the Battle of the Bastards in Season 6.

Finally, Game of Thrones creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss recently stopped by the 2016 Sun Valley Writer’s Conference to discuss their experiences creating and producing the series. During the interview, Weiss talked about how a tough shooting day in Malta made him remember why he wanted to make GoT in the first place.

“I just remember sitting there thinking, ‘This could be where it all ends.’ Luckily, the clouds cleared and we got what we needed. If we had known what we would have to know to do this well, I think the intimidation factor may have gotten the best of us. But we were just filled with excitement over the prospect. We knew that, done right, George’s books could really be something tremendous and we just were so excited we just kinda of barreled into this situation without really knowing what we didn’t know is that there were unknown unknowns.”
