Adam Levine And Behati Prinsloo Ditch Social Media After The Election, Focus On Baby Dusty Rose?

Adam Levine and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, are typically quite active on social media, but ever since the November 8 election, they have been completely silent.

Last week, both Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo shared posts on their social media pages, including a Dubsmash clip from Levine and a throwback photo of Hillary Clinton by Prinsloo. However, in the days since, they appear to be keeping to themselves as they continue to enjoy their new lives as parents.

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo welcomed their first child, daughter Dusty Rose Levine, on September 21 after just over two years of marriage. As fans will recall, Adam Levine announced news of his wife’s pregnancy with a photo post on Instagram in late March. In the post, Adam Levine said Prinsloo and their unborn child were his favorite Los Angeles Lakers fans.

Months later, after postponing some of his tour dates with Maroon 5, Adam Levine took a break from the spotlight to welcome his child and quickly announced her birth with an Instagram photo, which included the caption of her name and birthdate, “Dusty Rose Levine 9/21/16.” Adam Levine’s wife, Prinsloo, also shared the same photo, which featured Dusty sleeping on her daddy’s chest, on her page along with a caption which read, “Words can’t describe.”

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo have been seen a couple of times since Prinsloo gave birth nearly two months ago, but for the most part, they’ve kept a low profile. In addition to attending a Halloween party as a leopard, Prinsloo and her husband attended a second event late last month in which she was seen dressed as Julia Robert’s character in Pretty Woman and Levine went as a member of Led Zeppelin.

In the weeks since Prinsloo gave birth to baby Dusty Rose, Adam Levine has been targeted with claims of a feud with Miley Cyrus on the set of The Voice. In one recent report, shared on November 13 by Headlines & Global News, it was noted that Adam Levine was actually considering leaving the show due to the drama with his co-star.

Regardless of what Adam Levine decides to do with his role on the NBC series, he and Prinsloo have been loving life as parents — and considering the addition of more kids in the future.

“Behati loves being a mom and can’t wait to eventually expand the family more,” an insider told E! News shortly after Dusty arrived. “[Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo] are completely attached to her. They don’t want to let Dusty out of their sight.”

At the time, the source claimed Adam Levine’s wife, who has been known to take the runway as a Victoria’s Secret Angel in recent years, is in no rush to get her pre-baby body back. The source also said that Prinsloo didn’t have plans to walk in the upcoming 2016 show, which will film in Europe, at the time the report was shared.

As for plans for more kids, Adam Levine’s wife recently said she’d like to have a very large family.

“I’ve always wanted a family since I was a little girl, a big family… I’m an only child so I wanted like 10 kids… for sure,” Prinsloo explained of having kids during in an interview with The Lowdown with Diana Madison, via Just Jared.

To see more of Adam Levine, tune into The Voice Season 11 on Monday and Tuesday nights at 9 p.m. on NBC.
