Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton Are Ready To Get Married, Planning Secret Wedding?

Are Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton ready to get married after just over a year of dating?

According to a new report, the musicians, who began their romance on the set of The Voice Season 9, are planning to get married at the Church of the Good Shepherd in Beverly Hills, California, on May 5 — and feuding over every detail as they attempt to finish the planning process.

“They can hardly agree on anything!” a source told Radar Online. “[Gwen Stefani] wants to go big on this — and Blake wanted to make it an informal affair down home in Tennessee or their new place in Oklahoma — but he’s not willing to go to the mat against her.”

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton publicly confirmed their relationship on November 4 of last year, months after they split from their former partners, Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert. Then, hours later, photos of the couple holding hands at a post-Country Music Awards event hit the web.

Prior to her on-set romance with Shelton, Gwen Stefani was married to Gavin Rossdale for three years and the couple shares three children together, Kingston, 10, Zuma, 8, and Apollo, 2. Meanwhile, Shelton was married to Miranda Lambert for four years and before her, he had been married to Kaynette Williams.

As for the details of Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton’s alleged wedding, the source went on to reveal that the couple would be tying the knot in front of hundreds of guests, including several celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux, Courteney Cox, Johnny McDaid, Katy Perry, Keith Urban, Nicole Kidman, Luke Bryan and Brett Eldredge.

“[Gwen Stefani]’s guest list was 700 people alone,” the source claimed. “She also wanted to have a bunch of celebrity music stars perform — but he didn’t want to turn the wedding into Woodstock.”

The source went on to reveal Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton were “seriously considering” inviting Rossdale, who was accused of cheating on her during their marriage, and Shelton’s former wife, Lambert, as well as a plus one for both of them.

“[Gwen Stefani] knows Blake’s out of his depth here with all this glam, so she’s agreed to foot the bill for the wedding while he will pick up the tab for the honeymoon!” the source continued, adding that they’ve already arranged for a pre-nuptial agreement.

“They’d be crazy not to,” pointed out the source. “[Gwen Stefani]’s worth about $100 million, and that’s about $60 million more than Blake.”

Another report labeled Gwen Stefani a “Beverly Hills Bride” and revealed she had “nixed” Shelton’s ideas of a wedding at his new lakeside home in Oklahoma or at his Nashville estate in lieu of a $3 million Los Angeles ceremony close to Rodeo Drive. The report also suggested a “gorgeous invitation” sent out by the couple had been seen by Star magazine. However, the report has since been shot down as untrue.

In response to the story, Gwen Stefani’s rep assured Gossip Cop that the singer’s alleged wedding invitation was a fake, as were her and Blake Shelton’s rumored wedding details.

Although Gwen Stefani’s alleged May 2017 wedding date may not be happening, the couple’s relationship appears to be heading in that direction. After all, the couple is frequently together and spending time with Stefani’s three children or supporting one another at their shows.

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton will reunite for The Voice Season 12 next spring.
