Donald Trump President: Supporter Beat Up As Woman Films, Shouts, ‘Don’t Vote Trump’ [Video]

Donald Trump is the president-elect, and ever since he was voted into office, there have been protests all over the country, with most taking place in big cities like Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Boston (to name a few). While some of these protests have been peaceful, many have gotten out of hand.

In Los Angeles, California, for example, a piñata depicting the head of Trump was set on fire, according to CNN. In Oakland, trash can fires burned as 7,000 demonstrators took to the streets, some becoming violent and a few throwing Molotov cocktails, rocks, and fireworks at police. In Portland, Oregon, a U.S. flag was burned.

Since learning that Donald Trump will become our new president, thousands of people have been downright broken. Depression and anger have taken over, and many people feel as though they have nowhere to turn.

Sadly, some people have resorted to violence to express their feelings on Trump’s upcoming presidency.

Today, a video of a Donald Trump supporter getting beat up has surfaced online. According to the Metro, the brutal attack happened in Chicago on Wednesday, one day after Donald Trump was elected president of the United States. The disturbing video shows a white male, perhaps in his 50s, being attacked, kicked, and punched by two young men.

As the man — who was allegedly wearing a Donald Trump hat — was being beaten, a woman filmed from her cell phone and cheered on the attackers.

She can be heard yelling, “He voted Trump! Beat his a**! Don’t vote Trump! Don’t vote Trump!”

“At least five people appear to be involved as the man takes a beating reportedly in Chicago yesterday. The video has been widely shared on social media, seen by many as an example of race hate as the victim is a middle-aged white man (the demographic most likely to go for Trump in the election).”

Caution: Some may find the video below to be disturbing, and it may not be safe for work due to some cursing.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump and President Obama had their first post-election meeting in the White House today. According to The Guardian, the two men sat down in the Oval Office to discuss the upcoming transition of power. President Obama said that his meeting with Trump was “excellent.”

“Michelle’s had the chance to greet the incoming first lady, and we’ve had an excellent conversation and want to make sure they feel welcome… We now are gonna want to do everything we can because if you succeed the country succeeds,” said President Obama.

President-elect Donald Trump also had good things to say about the meeting.

“We had never met.. The meeting was supposed to last 10 minutes… I have great respect… it went on for an hour-and-a-half and as far as I’m concerned it could have gone on longer… we really we discussed a lot of different situations, some wonderful and some difficulties. I very much look forward to dealing with the president in the future, including counsel. Mr president, [it] was a great honor being with you and I look forward to being with you many many more times in the future.”

Since Donald Trump was elected president, have you seen an increase in hostility from liberals or never-Trumpers? Have you noticed an increase in Trump-hate being spewed on social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook? Do you think that the violence surrounding Tuesday night’s election is going to get worse before it gets better?
