Nicole Kidman And Keith Urban Go Glamping And Prove They Are Still Madly In Love Amid Relationship Woe Rumors

Nicole Kidman and her husband of 10 years, country star Keith Urban, have been the subject of rumors over the past few months that claimed the star pair were enduring relationship woes and headed for divorce. The rumors began after Kidman graced the red carpet by herself at the Toronto International Film Festival while promoting her latest film, Lion. As many fans of the couple know, it is a rarity to see the two without one another when it comes to premieres and red carpet events, so naturally, the rumors began.

Kidman responded to such claims and assured that her husband was simply performing a lengthy distance away and was unable to be at the beauty’s side. It has been a common theme when both Nicole and Keith share about their relationship and successful marriage that they speak lovingly about each other.

Keith Urban also recently took to social media with a post on his birthday that demonstrated the strong love he has for his talented wife.

“Best birthday EVER!!! Love u baby xxxxxxx. And to ALL the fans, friends and loved ones for gorgeous birthday wishes, prayers, videos, and songs (yep, people actually sang ME happy birthday…) I say THANK YOU and I love you all. I feel incredibly blessed. -KU”

Most recently Kidman was open about the challenges she initially faced while beginning her marriage to Keith after moving on from a marriage to Tom Cruise that crumbled.

E! News shared Kidman’s words about reaching the 10-year mark with Urban.

“We actually said we’re going to celebrate all year. We just feel incredibly lucky.”

The two have stated how they find it very difficult to be apart and try to not stay apart for more than five days at a time, yet for each day Kidman and Urban are apart, Keith leaves Nicole affectionate letters. At their most recent appearance together, Urban and Kidman shared about one of their favorite ways to spend their time when they are at home. While on the red carpet for the recent CMA Awards, Urban spoke with E! Online on the subject while Kidman stood by his side, saying, “We go glamping. We camp in the backyard.”

Kidman then chimed in, “We sleep in the tent and then we go into the house halfway through the night.”The country star was recently gifted with new essentials that could make their backyard glamping even more enjoyable, as Kidman and their daughters Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret gifted Urban with a new tent and a telescope. The pair also went on to share about the nicknames they have for one another, which completely solidifies that these two are one adorable couple. The nickname stems from a Brooke’s and Dunn song lyric that goes “I’m her big cat daddy, she’s my little Miss Honky Tonk.”

Urban gushed about having his three favorite girls present on his birthday to celebrate with him.

“Their presence was special.”

Both Kidman and Urban have been busy working on their various endeavors and are extremely successful at these, which may be adding fuel to the rumors about the pair being absent and drifting apart. Yet the marriage appears to be completely in tact, and Kidman continues to promote her film Lion, a film she has easily identified with.

Entertainment Tonight relays how the role is identifiable for the star and notes her own words on the subject.

“The 49-year-old actress stars in Lion, in which she plays a mother who adopts her son from India after he’s found on the streets of Calcutta at just five years old. Years later, her now grown-up son, Saroo (Dev Patel), sets out to find his lost family.’I can see now, for Lion, that it was important to me because I’m a mother with adopted childr en.'”
