Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Put Aside ‘KUWTK’ Burst Up To Celebrate Kendall Jenner’s Birthday

Glitz and glamor was the order of the night at Kendall Jenner’s 21st birthday bash, which by far unsettled Kim Kardashian’s party as the party of the year. In attendance were the who and who in the Kardashian circle as the family went as far as paying $100 an hour for the services of three off-duty officers for security.

The Kardashians taking security into their own hands does not come as a surprise given they are still recovering from the $8 million Paris heist that left Kim shaken for days. Catch LA restaurant was the venue for Kylie’s 21st birthday party according to Daily Mail where security was top notch via a private entrance.

Kanye West’s appearance might have come as a surprise having emerged that he might be at a crossroads with the Kardashians over their reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashian. Radar Online claims that the hip-hop star wants his wife, Kim, to quit the show as one of the ways of averting media scrutiny on the family. Kim Kardashian’s party appearance alongside her husband may now help quash reports of simmering tension over the show.

The birthday girl was never going to let past week’s events prevent her from having a good time as she stepped out with pal Hailey Baldwin at Catch LA in a skin tight lace up black body suit. Later in the night, she graced a West Hollywood hot spot, Delilah, in a silver sequin backless mini Dress with a plunging neckline as if to prove a point why her party was better than Kim Kardashian’s Party was.

While it is still unclear whether Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna attended the two parties, parents Kris and Caitlyn put their differences aside to show support for their daughter who is one of the most sought-after supermodels. Kylie Jenner, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian were also in attendance as well as Kourtney’s ex Scott Disick, according to ET Online. Celebrity Pals in attendance included Baldwin, Cindy Crawford, Jonathan Cheban, Kaia Gerber, Kate Mara, Melanie Griffith, and Gabrielle Union.

Kris, who also sums up as her daughter’s manager, stole the show with a lavish $250k Rolls Royce birthday gift, which Kylie is sure to remember for years.

Kim Kardashian’s party appearance all but shows that she is slowly recovering from the traumatizing Paris incidence. There was no way that the self-proclaimed queen of selfies was ever going to miss her younger siblings party even with reports claiming she is planning to take a hiatus from public life. ET Online reports that the KUWTK star was in good mood choosing to lay low while sticking close to hubby Kanye West.

“She’s taking it day by day and isn’t pushing it,” the source said. “It’s been almost a month since the robbery happened and the break is something that she definitely needed.”

However, Kim’s decision to enter Kendall Jenner’s 21st birthday bash at Delilah restaurant through the back door is an indication she is not yet ready for life under the spotlight. The same is already fueling speculation that she might be budging to Kanye’s calls for life under the radar, as one of the ways of dimming the spotlight on the family.

Kim Kardashian’s low-key presence at the birthday party also comes just days after she deleted three posts on Facebook less than 24 hours after posting them. Her low-key profile was also synonymous at Kanye’s recent Inglewood concert where she tried to avoid the media. However, she took the time to take a photo with Cameron Sterling whose father fell victim of police brutality in July.

Kylie’s birthday party for once stole the show from Kim Kardashian’s party even though the young model believed to be worth $15 million has always insisted on living life under the radar compared to her other siblings.
