Brad Pitt doesn’t have any friends left, and his situation with Angelina Jolie is to blame for that. At least that’s what Celebrity Dirty Laundry wants you to believe.
“Brad Pitt is in desperate need of a friend, but unfortunately the actor has no one to reach out to these days because of his bitter ex-wife, Angelina Jolie. In fact, there’s speculation that Brad’s circle of friends have abandoned him simply because they couldn’t stand being around cold and distant Angelina.”

The article adds that Angelina Jolie is also the reason Pitt is no longer close with his extended family from Missouri because she simply couldn’t stand traveling to Missouri to visit her husband’s family. The commenters after the article are very hostile to Angelina.
“Bet the airhead can’t even boil water. She does know how to steal others husbands,” says “We Know the Truth.”
“I feel really bad for Brad. I believe she did ruin all his friendships as none of his friends liked her, especially George Clooney. Good luck Brad,” says Fran.
However, Gossip Cop has stepped in and declared that this story is completely fabricated.
“Brad Pitt has NOT been abandoned by his friends and family because of his marriage to Angelina Jolie, despite a bogus webloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this claim. We’re told it’s false,” says the gossip-busting columnist Andrew Shuster, adding that a source close to the situation says the claims are completely unfounded.
Brad Pitt has been dealing with a lot of rumors since it was announced he was divorcing Angelina Jolie. Another recent one, started by Radar Online, claimed that because of Pitt, Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are also headed towards divorce.
“Could Brad Pitt’s divorce leave his ex, Jennifer Aniston, single too? RadarOnline.com has learned that her new husband, Justin Theroux, is getting sick of Aniston’s ongoing fascination with her ex.”
The article adds that Theroux was visibly upset during a widely photographed dinner out in NYC earlier this month and Brad Pitt is to blame. Once again, Gossip Cop had to clear a false story.

“Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are not on the brink of a divorce because of her supposed obsession with Brad Pitt, despite a report. Gossip Cop can bust the story,” claims columnist Shari Weiss, who adds that the webloid is so desperate that they can only point to a single event in which Theroux looks upset, and that may have to do with the fact that many cameras were suddenly put in front of his face.
One story that doesn’t appear to be a rumor is the fact that both Pitt and Jolie are selling their 1830s-style home in New Orleans. The Los Angeles Times has the news.
“Actors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, who are in the process of divorcing, have begun to sell of their marital assets. The estranged couple have sold their home in New Orleans’ French Quarter for $4.9 million.”
The article adds that the house was worth $6.5 million one year ago, and that Pitt and Jolie bought the property in 2007, following Hurricane Katrina, for $3.5 million. Pitt and Jolie are rumored to be selling other properties as well.
The Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt saga has provided thousands of pages of gossip. There is still debate on what actually caused the breakup, though a drunken rage by Pitt on an airplane certainly plays part of it. One can only hope Pitt and Jolie’s kids are safe, and that they get to spend time with both parents.
