Sheree Whitfield’s Chateau Sheree And Kenya Moore’s Moore Manor To Feature On ‘RHOA’ Premiere

When The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 9 premieres on Sunday, November 6, viewers will not only get an update on the lives of the housewives but they will also get an in-depth look at Sheree Whitfield’s new home, nicknamed Chateau Sheree, as well as that of Kenya Moore’s, nicknamed Moore Manor. As Bravo’s The Daily Dish reported on Thursday, Real Housewives executive producer Andy Cohen recently promised in an interview that the premiere episode will show the insides of both Chateau Sheree and Moore Manor.

Besides Sheree and Kenya, Season 9 of the hit show stars Kandi Burruss, Porsha Williams, Cynthia Bailey, and Phaedra Parks. Andy revealed during his interview that he received a personal invite to Sheree’s upcoming housewarming party. Andy said that while he can’t go to Sheree’s opening, viewers will definitely see the inside of her mansion on the premiere episode.

“I can’t go to Chateau Shereé’s opening of Chateau Shereé, but what I can tell you is that you will see inside Chateau Shereé on the premiere of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. So we’re not waiting.”

Andy added that viewers will also see the inside of Kenya’s modern home.

“You see inside both Chateau Shereé and Moore Manor on the premiere of Atlanta.”

As for whether Chateau Sheree or Moore Manor gets his vote, Andy remained diplomatic. When asked which property he would rather stay in the next time he’s in Atlanta, Andy pointed out that he can’t really say just yet. He did guess, however, that he would prefer Sheree’s property more because it’s so much bigger than Kenya’s.

“Well I haven’t seen the finished products of both, so I have to reserve my judgment. But I think Chateau Shereé is a lot bigger than Moore Manor, so given that I like space and privacy maybe Chateau Shereé, but I don’t know.”

A major story line for The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 8, for which Sheree Whitfield was a recurring cast member and Kenya Moore a starring cast member, was Kenya and Sheree making fun of one another’s properties and betting to see which one would finish construction and move in first. The Season 8 premiere episode actually showed Kenya immediately asking Sheree upon seeing her about how long it’s taking her to finish building her house. Kenya, whose Moore Manor is located near Chateau Sheree, snidely remarked that the neighbors were complaining about Chateau Sheree being an eyesore as it has been under construction for years. Not surprisingly, Kenya’s remarks set Sheree off. Sheree retaliated by yelling that Kenya’s property was located in a ditch and had mold.

“Have you moved in? Okay. You have to do a lot of work to it. Is it mold in there?”

Kelly yelled back that at least she’ll be in her house in the ditch while Sheree will still be building hers.

“And I’ll be in the ditch in three months and you will still be in a tent outside cause your b**ch a** can’t move in.”

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, after that episode aired, Sheree revealed that one of the realtors who stars on Selling It In the ATL had the listing for Kenya’s property but ultimately passed it on because of all of its problems. Sheree is one the executive producers of WE tv’s Selling It In the ATL.

Later on in the season, Kenya actually paid Sheree a surprise visit at Chateau Sheree. Sheree, who was sweeping her front yard, ran up behind Kenya as Kenya tried to open the front door. Unfortunately for Kenya, the door was locked and Sheree didn’t welcome her inside. The two women later made a bet on who was going to move into their property first.

In early October, Sheree shot a short video for Bravo in which she showed off Chateau Sheree for all of the non-believers. The video followed Sheree as she walked up to her property. Yet once Sheree opened the front door, she quickly closed it, making it clear that people were going to have to wait a little longer to get a good look at the inside of her mansion.

“We are at Chateau Shereé. All the non-believers, here we go. Chateau Shereé does exist. I’m getting my landscaping together. I’m doing a lot of work on the inside. I mean, seriously, when you have 100,000-square feet it takes time.” So can we get a little taste of what’s inside, Shereé? “I know you guys are excited, I’m excited, too. Come on in…Sike!”

From the very short time that the door was open, columns, gleaming tile floors, and a sweeping stairway could be seen.

While Sheree has been less forthcoming about the interior of Chateau Sheree, Kenya has not been shy about sharing Moore Manor’s interior. She has frequently shown off her furnishings on social media, such as the luxurious toilet and bidet, bathtub, and stove she had installed

During her appearance on The Real on Wednesday, Kenya admitted that her toilet was a splurge. She also revealed that some Real Housewives viewers stand outside her property and scream her name to try to get her to come out. She added that she put up a retaining wall so that no one can actually look inside and see her.

The preview for The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 9 shows that viewers will see Sheree Whitfield and Kenya Moore continue to rib one another about their properties. In a confessional interview, Sheree insults Kenya’s property.

“The b**ch is back and the Chateau is finally ready, unlike Moore Work Needed Manor.”

The next scene shows Kenya telling Sheree, in front of the other housewives, that at least she paid for her home.

“My name is on my home. Your mother’s name is on Chateau Thelma.”
