Intimate Photo Of Taylor Swift Leaked, Singer Looks Unfazed By Alleged Groping

What has Taylor Swift been hiding? An intimate image of Taylor Swift looking unfazed by the alleged groping has leaked. Taylor Swift is currently in the midst of a sexual assault lawsuit against a radio DJ, and this photographic evidence may prove otherwise.

In a picture viewed by Radar, DJ David “Jackson” Mueller, the man accused of sexually assaulting Taylor Swift, is seen with his hand on Swift’s backside in June of 2013.

Taylor Swift allegedly seemed completely unfazed by the groping, which is why she has tried so hard to keep this evidence under wraps.

On Friday, the pop singer seemingly got her way when she convinced a Colorado judge to accept her request to seal the photo from the public. According to Swift’s attorneys wrote in court documents that the public had no interest in seeing the photograph.

“It is all but assured that the photograph will be shared for scandalous and prurient interests — reasons that have nothing to do with the public’s interest in the Court’s decision making.”

While the photo was sealed from the public, the court denied their request to keep all court documents in the sexual assault lawsuit private.

According to the July deposition transcript, Taylor Swift met the radio DJ backstage after one of her concerts, which is where the alleged assault took place.

Taylor Swift’s security team accused DJ Mueller of groping the singer, but the DJ retaliated back with a defamation lawsuit against the singer in September of 2015. He claimed that she was falsely accusing him and that the allegations made against him caused him to be fired from his job as a radio host.

Swift then filed a countersuit in October 2015 for assault and battery.

“Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there.”

“It was completely intentional, I’ve never been so sure of anything in my life.”

Taylor Swift went on to describe the incident in the deposition and claimed that it left her “frantic,” “distressed,” and “violated.”

Taylor Swift maintained that this incident was a traumatic event.

“A meet-and-greet is supposed to be a situation where you’re thanking people for coming, you’re supposed to be welcoming people into your home, which is the arena for that day, and for someone to violate that hospitality in that way, I was completely stunned.”

As far as Mueller being fired from his job as a radio DJ, Swift’s lawyers filed a motion for summary judgement, arguing that the singer did not intentionally interfere with the DJ’s contractual relationship with KYGO.

The document claims that the statute of limitations had run out for his slander claim and the motion says, Mueller “was terminated by his employer, KYGO, after its own independent investigation of the incident.”

However, if this photograph can provide enough doubt, Swift may not have herself much of a case.

The release of this photograph may or may not sway the decision of the case. The photograph will not be released to the public until the court goes to trial.
