Who Is Is Evan Peters’ Wife? Everything You Need To Know About Emma Roberts — No, They’re Not Married

Who is Evan Peters’ wife? American Horror Story’s go-to creep may be an enigma on the screen, but in his personal life, he’s an open book. And the identity of his wife is no secret: he’s not married. However, since 2013, he’s been attached to American actress Emma Roberts in an on-again-off-again relationship.

They had met a couple of times before working together on the indie film Adult World, according to a New York Daily News report at the time. But their relationship blossomed while working on the movie. In fact, Peters helped Roberts get the job on Adult World, as he explained later.

“We met at a Mexican restaurant at a dinner part. It was before the film that I met her and really liked her. I had read the script for ‘Adult World’ and she said she was doing that next. I told her, ‘I should audition for that and see if I could get in there.'”

On the set, the two were surrounded by awkwardness, as the movie is about a couple falling in love while working in a shop that sells sex toys, and the set was filled with certain paraphernalia that won’t be described in detail here.

“It was a little awkward, it was pretty funny working around [adult toys]. The bunny tail [you get the idea] was my favorite.”

Things weren’t always rosy for the young Hollywood couple. Back in July of 2013, a few months after they started dating, the two got into a bit of a shouting match that ended with bruises and the police showing up. As People magazine reported at the time, Peters and Roberts were in Montreal when they got into a heated shouting match. Police were called to the hotel where they were staying and noticed that Evan had visible bruises, a bloody nose, and a bite mark. Emma didn’t show any signs of injuries, so cops arrested her. She was released a short time later, and no criminal charges were filed.

Later, reps for the couple issued a statement, saying it was a misunderstanding that got out of control.

“It was an unfortunate incident and misunderstanding. Ms. Roberts was released after questioning and the couple are working together to move past it.”

Although they claimed at the time to have put the ugliness behind them, their relationship has hardly been free of trouble. In fact, Peters and Roberts have been an on-again-off-again couple ever since the beginning, according to an Ever After Guide report from earlier this year.

In December of 2013, the two got engaged — only to call it off two years later without ever tying the knot. As an unnamed source close to the couple said at the time, their relationship just wasn’t working.

“Their three years together just ran its course. They have so many great memories together but couldn’t make it work in the end. The breakup was amicable—there was no drama whatsoever. Emma and Evan are even still friends!”

They patched things up again in late 2015 and had even set a wedding date, according to Glamour. However, they would eventually break up again in May of this year. Then, in September, they got back together yet again, according to Us Weekly.

Needless to say, it’s anybody’s guess if or when Evan Peters and Emma Roberts will finally walk down the aisle and become man and wife.
