Adam Levine Has Been Falsely Accused Of Child Abuse And Of Hitting His Wife Behati Prinsloo

Adam Levine was recently faced with shocking allegations of abuse on both his baby, daughter Dusty Rose Levine, and his wife, Behati Prinsloo.

Adam Levine and his wife, Prinsloo, have been loving life as parents for the past few weeks after welcoming their first child together but sadly, the couple’s baby joy was recently tainted by false allegations of abuse against the Maroon 5 singer.

On October 18, TMZ shared details of the allegations, which came from an anonymous caller. According to the report, the tipster called the Los Angeles Police Department and told authorities that Adam Levine had been abusing his weeks-old daughter and his wife. However, after police investigated the accusations, they learned the tipster’s claims were completely bogus.

As the outlet explained, the Los Angeles Police Department’s Juvenile Division received the call last Wednesday, which suggested that Adam Levine, who is currently starring on The Voice Season 11, had hit his baby girl in the face and hit his wife, Prinsloo, so hard that she was knocked to the ground.

While the allegations against Adam Levine were quite outlandish, police ultimately paid the family a visit and spoke to Prinsloo before examining the model and her daughter for injuries, which were not seen. After the meeting took place, investigators on the case against Adam Levine concluded that the allegations against him were totally unfounded.

Following the incident, sources close to Adam Levine told TMZ that it was unfair that his highly publicized career in the entertainment industry has led to false and “atrocious” allegations. The source also noted that the singer appreciates and respects to Los Angeles Police Department and is happy to see that they quickly investigated the claims against him and were able to easily find that the accusations against him were untrue.

“There will be no further investigation and consider the case closed,” the outlet concluded.

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo tied the knot in 2014 after dating on and off for about two years. Then, in March of last year, The Voice coach confirmed with a post on Instagram that he and Prinsloo were expecting their fist child together.

On September 21, Dusty Rose Levine was born. Weeks later, Adam Levine made a guest appearance on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show where he discussed his new role as a father.

“I’ve been a parent for three weeks; what do I know?” Adam Levine joked to the radio host, according to a report by Harper’s Bazaar.

“I don’t know anything, but it’s kind of part of the beauty of it, honestly,” he continued. “There are a lot of instincts, a lot of things that kind of kick in and switch on. It’s a beautiful experience.”

Since tying the knot over two years ago, Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo have both spoken openly about their desire to have a large family with several children. Now, after welcoming their first child, it appears that Levine and Prinsloo are still on board with their initial plan for a big brood.

“Behati loves being a mom and can’t wait to eventually expand the family more,” an insider told E! News on September 27. “[Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo] are completely attached to her. They don’t want to let Dusty out of their sight.”
