‘Days Of Our Lives’: Orpheus Uses Jennifer, Woman Taken Hostage, And Who Will Save John? [Spoilers]

Days Of Our Lives fans saw one soap villain captured this week. However, there are still two others on the loose: Xander and Orpheus. Spoilers reveal that Orpheus will use Jennifer, and another woman is taken hostage. Also, who will save John and when will this madness with Orpheus end?

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Clyde Weston (James Read) was caught thanks to a clever, but dangerous plan. Andre (Thaao Penghlis) shot Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), or at least that is what appeared to happen. Clyde didn’t realize until it was too late that it was an elaborate plan to trap the Days Of Our Lives villain.

So, what is going to happen next on the soap opera? Spoilers from Soap Opera Digest reveal that next week will be even more intense. The magazine reveals that Orpheus (George DelHoyo) manages to get Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso), Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves), John Black (Drake Hogestyn), and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) to the Brady Pub. Jennifer goes upstairs and Orpheus calls John to tell him that a bomb is at the pub. The soap opera villain says if anyone tries to escape, they will all die. Reeves told the publication additional Days Of Our Lives spoilers.

“Orpheus has a guy upstairs who straps a bomb on Jennifer and sends her down with this bomb on her. Jennifer’s not even thinking, ‘I could die, the whole town’s going to blow up.’ It’s just sort of shock.”

DOOL spoilers state that when Jennifer shows up downstairs with explosives attached to her body, John offers himself to Orpheus. However, the villain ends up double-crossing them. Next, Days Of Our Lives spoilers tease that Hope calls Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) to get help with disarming the bomb. Rafe talks Hope through the entire process.

That isn’t the end of the situation with Orpheus on Days Of Our Lives. Steve (Stephen Nichols) finds out about the hostage situation at Brady’s Pub. Knowing John is in danger, Steve has to help. Usually, he would have trouble convincing Kayla (Mary Beth Evans). However, this time, Kayla knows Steve has to go to save John and everyone else in Salem. She even helps him sneak out of the hospital.

While Steve and Kayla are planning this, Orpheus takes John to the townhouse on Days Of Our Lives. Spoilers claim that John sends $20 million to Orpheus’ bank account, just like he originally demanded. However, the villain isn’t planning on letting John live. He points a gun at John, but Steve arrives just in time. Together, Steve and John restrain Orpheus and escort him to the police station.

However, there is more that happens on Days Of Our Lives. Spoilers from the soap opera magazine state that the chaos isn’t over just yet. While John and Steve are giving statements to the authorities, Orpheus takes Marlena as a hostage. Actor Stephen Nichols teased that Orpheus cannot be underestimated. There is no way that the villain will allow John to win, so he reaches into Marlena’s medical bag and takes a lethal drug. Does Orpheus die or is there more to expect from him?
