Joe Jonas Reveals Why It’s Sexier To Kiss Behind Closed Doors

Joe Jonas is not the type of guy who wants to show off his affection for whoever he’s currently dating in front of the world. Fans can remember the time when Joe dated Demi Lovato, and the couple were spotted kissing inside a convenience store by the paparazzi. Joe looked a bit shy by his then-girlfriend’s affection as he tried to look busy by looking at his phone.

You will never see the DNCE front man making out with his girlfriend out in public. He thinks it’s sexier to do it behind closed doors. Sure, the former JoBro has had his share of high-profiled relationships, but he would rather keep his affection behind closed doors. In the October 2016 issue of Women’s Health, as cited by People, Jonas said that he’s not fond of PDA.

“Look, when you really like somebody, that kind of goes out the window. But even around friends and stuff, I think you keep that for the bedroom or behind closed doors. Especially at the beginning of the relationship, you’ve got to be cautious of that.”

Jonas, 27, wasn’t shy when he made out with model Ashley Graham in his music video for “Toothbrush.” The two were seen rolling around in bed and kissing, and then making out inside a dark nightclub.

While Jonas has been linked to Demi Lovato, Ashley Greene, Taylor Swift, and Gigi Hadid, he says he has no hard feelings against any of his ex-girlfriends.

“At the end of the day, you have to live your life and not hold grudges. Life is too short for that stuff.”

After a breakup, Jonas will put his emotions into his music or spend some time with his little brother, Nick Jonas.

“Usually I go to my brother Nick,” he said. “We just hang out, do some bro hanging, and that helps a lot.”

Jonas was recently spotted with Lovato’s ex-boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama. The two were seen having lunch together at Zinque in SoHo, according to a TMZ report. One of TMZ’s photogs asked the two about their shared history with Lovato. The journalist asked them if they were talking about the “Cool For the Summer” singer, and then asked how they stay friends with their exes, but they refused to speak on the matter. Jonas was spotted wearing a white T-shirt with black shorts while Valderrama wore a Hawaiian shirt with gray pants.

Demi dated Joe for a few months back in 2010, and then she went on to date Wilmer, who she just ended her six-year relationship with a few months ago. Later that same day, Joe took to Instagram to show off his new artwork that was done in his home, reports JustJared.com.

Not only is Jonas good friends with Valderrama, but he’s still friends with Lovato despite their messy split. The two were seen reuniting for a special private concert for Marriott Reward Members, according to People. Prior to the show, however, the famous exes reportedly got stuck in an elevator together. Jonas took to Snapchat to exclaim that they were stuck for “four hour,” but that didn’t turn out to be the case.

He has since come clean about that little social media prank that he played on his fans. People reports that Jonas’ elevator incident didn’t exactly happen.

“It was a lot less dramatic. It was a total prank and we fooled everyone. I made the video saying we got stuck in the elevator, but we weren’t. But I guess it’s bad karma to say that because I don’t want to get stuck in the elevator anytime soon.”

On Thursday, Sept. 25, Jonas shared a Snapchat video of he and Lovato exclaiming they were stuck inside the elevator in Los Angeles along with his bandmates JinJoo Lee and Cole Whittle.

“[Demi and I] were talking yesterday and I said, ‘I think we fooled everyone because it’s on every press site,’ but we really weren’t stuck in the elevator.”
