Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux On Verge Of Divorce?

Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt once seemed like the perfect celebrity couple. Then Angelina Jolie entered the picture (or at least the movie set), and she and Pitt took their working relationship as co-stars on 2005’s Mr. & Mrs. Smith to a new level, ending his marriage to Aniston. Consequently, when news broke that the woman who allegedly ruined her marriage to Brad was now filing for divorce from him, speculation simmered as to just how Jennifer would react and whether her own relatively new marriage to Justin Theroux might be affected.

In the wake of the bombshell that Brad and Angelina are divorcing, a source told In Touch that Aniston and Theroux are struggling to survive their own marriage problems, and supposedly Pitt and Jolie are at least partly to blame for Jennifer’s issues.

The insider explained that Aniston remains insecure about her relationship with Theroux because of how Angelina splintered her marriage to Brad.

“[Jennifer] lives in constant fear that Justin is going to run off with another woman and leave her heartbroken like Brad did.”

Also, the source revealed that Aniston has problems with trust from previous romantic relationships, including Pitt. Consequently, the baggage from those past relationships allegedly is affecting her current marriage to Justin.

“[Jennifer] still harbors huge trust issues from her past relationships, including from her broken marriage to Brad,” revealed the source.

As for other indications that Aniston still feels the pain about how her marriage to Pitt fell apart? Jennifer reportedly summed it up with a single comment when questioned about Brad’s and Angelina’s divorce drama.

“Well, that’s karma for you!”

However, Hollywood Life reports that the alleged problems between Jennifer and Justin have nothing to do with Brad and Angelina, citing a source who links Aniston’s issues to Theroux’s ex-girlfriend, Heidi Bivens.

Jennifer, 47, and Justin, 45, are described as getting into a huge battle over how close he remains to Bivens. When Aniston discovered that Theroux was texting his ex-gal pal, she allegedly became extremely upset.

“Their anniversary was a dud and then they had the fight over Heidi,” revealed the insider.

However, their marriage is not over, clarified the source. Instead, Justin and Jennifer are reportedly still dealing with the alleged tension over his relationship with Heidi.

“[They] are going to be together again, but there’s been no resolution to the Heidi situation or the fact that [they’re] living separate lives,” added the source.

“This is make-or-break time for the relationship — and sadly, it’s not looking good.”

But Us Weekly reports that Aniston and Theroux were just seen out on a date night, appearing untroubled about either their relationship or Brangelina‘s divorce drama.

The couple was seen holding hands during a dinner date at the Smile restaurant in Manhattan’s NoHo neighborhood. Jennifer sported a black tank top, strappy heels, and black pants, while Justin stayed with casual chic in a dark blue vest over a hoodie with jeans and boots.

As for any indication of stress from alleged marriage issues, a masseuse was spotted earlier that day taking her massage table to Theroux’s and Jen’s apartment in New York City. A source told Us Weekly that Aniston had chosen to fly from Los Angeles to New York because of Pitt’s and Jolie’s divorce drama, which turned the spotlight on Brad’s former wife.

“[Jennifer is] being hounded so much that she’s leaving town.”

While Aniston has not released a public statement about Angelina’s and Brad’s split bombshell, an insider confirmed to Us that she had referred to karma while talking to a friend.

“Yeah, that’s karma for you!” Jennifer reportedly exclaimed to her pal.

The reference harks back to Pitt’s infamous involvement with Jolie in 2004, which occurred during his marriage to Aniston.
