Taylor Swift, Tom Hiddleston Split Over Oil Heir Mike Hess?

Did Taylor Swift end her relationship with Tom Hiddleston the same way she ended things with Calvin Harris? Shortly after she ended her 15-month relationship with Harris, she moved onto her short-lived romance with Hiddleston. The two first met at the Met Gala back in May, where they were seen dancing the night away.

Now, rumors are swirling that Taylor Swift, 26, and Tom Hiddleston, 35, ended their three-month relationship because she really wanted to date oil heir Mike Hess. Swift was spotted with the businessman at his birthday party back in July. Swift and Hess were then seen dancing the night away after she performed on stage with Nelly. A video then surfaced showing Swift kissing Hess on the cheek at the party.

According to OK! Magazine, which cited its story from Heat magazine, Swift started “going on dates” with Hess shortly after her split from Hiddleston. The outlet claims that Swift has been secretly meeting up with Hess, which is why she has been keeping a low-profile in public and on social media. Sources say she strongly believes Hess is “boyfriend material,” although she doesn’t want to rush anything with him.

While Swift was attending New York Fashion Week to support her BFF, Gigi Hadid, she met up with Hess in secret earlier this month. That could be one of the reasons why Swift has been spending a lot of time in New York City lately. Sources told the British magazine that the two only flirted when Swift was dating Hiddleston, but the moment she became single, she secretly met up with Hess shortly after news of their split broke around Labor Day.

“Taylor’s trying to take her time, even though Mikey’s chasing hard,” one of the sources said. “He keeps suggesting they go away.”

Swift might find herself in some serious competition, though. Hess has recently been spotted on several dates with Princess Beatrice, according to OK! Magazine. However, Gossip Cop has since denied this report. Sources told the outlet that Swift and Hess are not dating and the tabloid story is “not true.”

The real reason why Swift broke it off with Hiddleston is that she’s a private person and she didn’t like how public their relationship became, an inside source told Us Weekly. It was also too much, too soon as the actor was serious about getting married and having children.

OK! Magazine was the same tabloid that accused Swift of cheating on Hiddleston with Hess following his party in the Hamptons. But, as you can see in the video above, Swift was only giving Hess a friendly peck on the cheek and was not making her moves on the man. Both OK! Magazine and India.com have labeled Swift as “boy crazy,” even though she’s only dated two men over the course of the summer.

Swift has been linked to other men shortly after her split from Hiddleston. She was most recently linked to South Korean actor Lee Min Ho, although the two have never been spotted in the same room together. Lee Min Ho’s rep has since denied the rumors, as the actor is working in Spain and is dating Suzy Bae. Swift was previously linked to Zac Efron, thanks to a new report via In Touch Weekly.

Reportedly, the two have been secretly communicating and meeting up at various moments in recent times, but they have yet to confirm their relationship. Swift and Efron, 29, were first linked back in 2013 when they promoted the film, The Lorax. Since then, the two stars have remained friends and have supported each other’s work. It’s also been rumored Swift wrote “The Lucky One” about Efron.
