Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Calvin Harris — Taylor Swift Will Address All Her Latest Scandals In Upcoming Album, Just Got Started With Calvin Diss?

Hollywood Life reports that Taylor Swift may be trying to send a message to Calvin Harris in her latest social media clip, and insiders are reporting that this is just a warm-up. Apparently, Taylor Swift is keen to address all her recent scandals in her upcoming album. Taylor will reportedly sing about everything from the Kanye West “Famous” debacle to the Calvin Harris “This Is What You Came For” business.

Taylor Swift’s new Instagram clip got a lot of attention when fans noticed that “This Is What You Came For,” Calvin Harris and Rihanna’s collaboration, is playing in the background. After Taylor and Calvin broke up this year, Taylor Swift and her team revealed that she had written parts of the track. Harris insisted that he kept Taylor’s involvement secret because she asked him to and blasted her actions as “hurtful.”

Hollywood Life wonders whether Taylor is sending a message of love, hate, or perhaps defiance to Calvin Harris.

We know that Taylor and boyfriend Tom Hiddleston broke up about a week before the [clip was filmed], so is she telling Calvin she wants him back, or throwing shade and proving that it’s really HER song?

Harris won a VMA for the track Taylor co-wrote and did not thank her in his acceptance speech.

Taylor Swift definitely has a lot of material to work through in her upcoming album. Since the release of her last album, 1989, Taylor has broken up with two boyfriends — Calvin Harris and Tom Hiddleston — after insisting in both cases that this guy was “the one.”

Swift was caught up in a couple of scandals involving Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, and she lashed out at Kanye for calling her “that b****” in his track “Famous.” There were also reports that Taylor was planning to sue Kanye both for using her naked image in his “Famous” video, and for recording her having a phone conversation with him then releasing the recording without her permission. Taylor’s team claims that Kanye violated California law with that last move.

Swift clashed with Justin Bieber after Justin threw his support behind Kanye, posting a clip of himself chatting to Kanye and sending a cheeky shout-out to Taylor. Selena Gomez, Swift’s BFF, was said to be furious with Justin for shading Taylor, but Bieber didn’t care at all. Insiders claim that Justin has serious bad blood with Taylor, and that he blames Swift for his problems with Selena Gomez, according to IB Times.

Taylor is famous for writing breakup songs and has spilled on almost all her famous exes, from Harry Styles to Jake Gyllenhaal to Joe Jonas to John Mayer. The country-crossover star has gotten a lot of attention for her love life, and her willingness to dish on those breakup tracks. “Out Of The Woods” and “Style” from Taylor’s last album were rumored to be about Harry Styles, and the media frenzy over the lyrics gave Taylor Swift’s 1989 a healthy sales boost, keeping Swift’s name in the headlines and attracting interest from obsessive Swifties and Directioners, as well as more casual observers.

Some cynics have accused Swift of capitalizing on her relationships in a crafty way, and of “playing the victim” in a way that appears dishonest and dubious. Taylor has not been discouraged by such voices. In fact, Hollywood Life reports that Taylor Swift was inspired by the media circus that surrounded her in the last year.

Taylor will apparently address those media reports, taking the opportunity to throw in her two cents.

“Taylor is handling things well and she is working on music and writing lyrics down all the time especially since she has been involved in so many recent high profile news stories with Tom (Hiddleston) or Kanye (West) and even the Super Bowl speculation.”

Calvin Harris seems to be preparing for any mean lyrics Taylor might throw his way. Hollywood Life reports that Calvin believes that Taylor Swift didn’t respect him as much after they broke up.

Apparently Taylor’s behavior changed abruptly after they broke up. Swift’s behavior changed from respectful and discreet to embarrassing and scathing. Swift was willing to blast Calvin publicly as soon as she was not involved with him anymore.

“When we were together, we were very careful for it not to be a media circus.”
