Linda Hamilton: ‘Terminator’ Star Sells Her Malibu Mansion For $4 Million, Take A Look Inside

Linda Hamilton, of Terminator fame, sold her luxurious Malibu home for $4 million. The actress initially listed the home for $5,495,000 in February. In the current real estate market, the asking price is rarely ever the same as the closing price. Hamilton’s home encompassed 4,800-square feet, and boasted five bedrooms, and four bathrooms. The Malibu estate also brought the outside in, with attractive kitchen skylights and two fireplaces, according to Radar Online.

The blonde star rose to fame quickly after playing the character of Sarah Conner in the Terminator movies with Arnold Schwarzenegger. Most recently, she has had a recurring role on the television series, Chuck. While the home might not be large enough to technically be called a mansion, the choice piece of Malibu real estate is still spacious and located on a non-commercialized beachfront area.

Linda’s home was situated in an upscale gated community on a 1.1-acre compound, according to the Los Angeles Times. The Terminator performer’s home featured vaulted ceilings with earthy wood-beam adornments and terra-cotta floors. Guests at the star’s home surely enjoyed socializing on one of the several patios or staying the weekend in the adjacent guesthouse. The garage was large enough for six cars.

Perhaps the most important feature of Hamilton’s home was the beach access. Sipping your morning coffee while the waves rolled to shore was likely a very relaxing way to greet the day. The movie star’s home also included a swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, expertly placed boulders, and manicured landscaping.
