Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton Celebrate Labor Day In Oklahoma, Is She Moving There?

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton enjoyed a Labor Day celebration in Tishomingo, Oklahoma with her three kids.

On Monday, Gwen Stefani, 47, posted a photo of herself and her boyfriend of nearly one year, Shelton, 40, sporting matching printed shirts, and in the moments that followed, she continued to chronicle her Labor Day holiday by sharing pictures of her kids, Kingston, 10, Zuma, 8, and Apollo, 2, during a boat ride on a lake.

“In one video, Apollo sits on Shelton’s lap helping him navigate the boat while [Gwen Stefani] shows off her leopard-print bikini,” People Magazine revealed to readers on September 5.

Gwen Stefani and her former husband, Gavin Rossdale, welcomed their three children during their 13-year-marriage, which came to an end in August of last year.

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have been dating since last fall and appear to be getting more and more serious in recent months. In addition to spending tons of time as a family with Stefani’s sons, Shelton is reportedly constructing a vacation home for his girlfriend and her boys in Oklahoma which sits on Lake Texoma.

According to a report by the Daily Mail last week, Shelton is planning to give the home to Gwen Stefani as a wedding gift.

Although Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton haven’t yet confirmed plans to wed or gone public with an engagement, rumors have been swirling for months in regard to their future wedding and they’ve allegedly hired celebrity wedding planner Jerri Woolworth to put together their dream ceremony.

While the home isn’t yet complete, it has taken a clear Hawaiian theme and comes equipped with a pool and a pool bar. There are also a three separate bungalows on the property, which appears to be completely fenced in.

“Gwen Stefani seems to be really taken with Oklahoma,” local resident Kim Jones told the Daily Mail. “In Los Angeles she can’t even get her mail without someone trying to take her picture, so it’s a change for her. She loves the laid back atmosphere.”

As for a permanent move to Oklahoma, Gwen Stefani isn’t quite ready to cut all ties with her home in Los Angeles. That said, according to a source, Stefani loves country life and is slowly but surely adjusting to the laid back atmosphere of Shelton’s hometown.

“[Gwen Stefani] has completely fallen in love with country life. She absolutely loves Oklahoma and how at ease and relaxed she feels there. It’s starting to feel like home to her,” an insider told Hollywood Life earlier this month. “She’s a California girl at heart, but is slowly becoming a country girl.”

“[Gwen Stefani] and Blake have had numerous discussions about living in Oklahoma with her three boys. For now though, Gwen wants to keep her home base in Los Angeles until she can figure out what would be best for her kids,” the source added.

Gwen Stefani is currently in the midst of her “This is What the Truth Feels Like Tour,” which wraps up at the end of next month in California and Shelton is busy filming the 11th season of The Voice, which premieres on NBC on September 19. However, despite their busy schedules, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton continue to spend tons of time together whenever they are able and appear to be functioning as any happy family would as they tend to their often hectic careers.
