‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season 7 Spoilers: Who Killed Charlotte DiLaurentis And When Will ‘PLL’ Fans Find Out?

Pretty Little Liars Season 7 will air its second half in April 2017. That gives fans a lot of time to think about what is coming next. One question that still has not been answered is, who killed Charlotte DiLaurentis? Viewers were hoping to get the answer before the summer finale, but that didn’t happen. So, when will Charlotte’s killer be revealed?

Spoilers for the second half of Pretty Little Liars Season 7 are ahead. Please do not continue reading unless you want to know what is coming up on the Freeform series.

As previously reported by the Inquistir, showrunner Marlene King teased a lot of Pretty Little Liars spoilers for the second half of Season 7. However, one question that was not addressed was when fans will find out who killed Charlotte DiLaurentis (Vanessa Ray). According to a new report from the Hollywood Reporter, executive producer Charlie Craig finally gave PLL fans an answer.

“By the end of [Season] 7B, we’ll know who killed Charlotte and we’ll learn that in a very dramatic fashion. It will be a driving force right when we come back in Episode 11, but that mystery will not be solved until the end.”

Fans were hoping that Charlotte’s killer would be revealed before the Pretty Little Liars Season 7 finale. However, it makes sense that at least one mystery would not be solved until the very end. One teaser that Craig did reveal is that Wren (Julian Morris) is part of the finale twist. Now, there is no way a huge spoiler would be revealed about Charlotte’s killer or who A.D. is, so it is unlikely he is either, but he is part of the equation somehow.

Many Pretty Little Liars fans are wondering if A.D. was involved in Toby (Keegan Allen) and Yvonne’s (Kara Royster) car crash. The executive producer said that the big bad was not responsible, adding that it’s “just tough to leave Rosewood.” What was revealed about A.D. is that the villain wants Charlotte’s murder solved. They are using knowledge of the Liars’ crimes in order to get them to figure out who killed Charlotte DiLaurentis.

One other interesting Season 7B spoiler for Pretty Little Liars is that Aria (Lucy Hale) will be changing when the show returns. Just like Hanna (Ashley Benson) decided to go rogue and made some risky decisions, fans will also see Aria Montgomery acting out of character and taking chances. This has something to do with Ezra (Ian Harding) and Aria’s relationship. As PLL fans recall, Nicole was found and Ezra kissed her on television. A.D. will be taking advantage of the situation, but it is unclear exactly how.

Marlene King also revealed some interesting spoilers for Pretty Little Liars to Variety. In Season 7B, the identity of Charlotte’s father will be revealed and so will the conception story. As for Spencer (Torian Bellisario), not only was she shot by Jenna Marshall (Tammin Sursok), but Mary Drake (Andrea Parker) admitted to being her biological mother. Whether Spencer is dead or alive, the storyline will be explored in the upcoming season. It was teased that fans will learn all about what went on in the “House of Hastings.”

Finally, fans will not know when A.D’s identity will be revealed. The showrunner teased that if she said when it would happen, then the person responsible for all of this madness would be known.

What do you think of what Marlene King and Charles Craig had to say about PLL? Do you have any theories on who killed Charlotte DiLaurentis? How do you predict the Freeform series will end? Unfortunately, fans will have to wait several months before the show returns. The Pretty Little Liars Season 7B premiere does not air until April 2017.
