Luke Pell Reacts To Nick Viall Being Chosen For ‘The Bachelor’ 2017 Over Him
The news is now out that Luke Pell will not be the star of The Bachelor for 2017. Everyone, including Reality Steve, thought that Luke would be announced last night as the pick, but instead, they chose Nick Viall. Us Magazine shared what Luke Pell is saying about the fact that he wasn’t picked. When they made the announcement, Nick was the only one there, and Luke was nowhere to be seen. This was a shocking twist that nobody really saw coming.
After the show, Luke Pell went on Twitter to share his thoughts. Instead of talking negative about Nick or anything, Luke simply said what is going on with him.
Luke spoke out and said, “Thx for all the love sometimes we are faced w/unexpected changes. I’m happy to be back in Nash excited for the future.”
Luke also posted a photo with the caption, “Trust God’s timing, He has a plan for everything.”
This makes it pretty clear that at least at one time, Luke Pell thought he would be picked as well.

Luke Pell almost found love with JoJo Fletcher, but things just didn’t work out, and she picked Jordan Rodgers. It was pretty obvious that Luke Pell didn’t get an invite to be on Bachelor in Paradise because he was in the running to be on The Bachelor. This means that Luke missed out on that chance to find love. If Luke is still single next summer, it would not be shocking at all if they decided to bring him on Bachelor in Paradise to give him another chance. If Luke was going to get his chance to be on The Bachelor, it probably would have been this season.
When it came to picking the star of The Bachelor, there were rumors that ABC was considering Luke Pell, Robby Hayes, and Chase McNary from JoJo Fletcher’s season. Luke had already shared that he would not pass up the chance to be on the show if he was asked. The fans went to Twitter and went a bit crazy about the news that Luke Pell didn’t have the job, but just as many were excited that Nick Viall was the one picked.

Luke Pell’s hometown date was a little bit overwhelming for JoJo, and she met over 50 of his closest friends and family. Luke even said he was sorry that some people couldn’t be there. Luke is kind of like Chris Soules in the way that he doesn’t want to move. He likes where he is living, and not being willing to move would make it hard. They also feel like Luke Pell’s personality and sense of humor are lacking. This is one thing a lot of fans seem to have noticed as well.

If Luke Pell ends up on Bachelor in Paradise, then he can be boring, and that is okay. They will be able to make a great show for the other people on it. If Luke Pell was on The Bachelor, then he couldn’t be boring at all and would need to make sure he brought a great show that fans would love and want to watch. Nick Viall will obviously bring in ratings and keep things on the show really interesting.
