‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season 7 Summer Finale To Feature Most Spectacular Death In ‘PLL’ History [Spoilers]

The Pretty Little Liars Season 7 summer finale airs tonight on Freeform. Fans already know something big is about to happen. However, a new report states that viewers might be in for a few shocks. One of those includes Episode 10 featuring the “most spectacular death” in PLL history.

Pretty Little Liars Season 7 spoilers are ahead. Do not continue reading if you don’t want to know the details.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, the midseason finale synopsis teases a major death along with a possible pregnancy. Fans have been wondering for weeks who will die on Pretty Little Liars. Season 7 spoilers state that whoever it is, fans will witness the show’s most spectacular death in PLL history.

“The Liars face off with their enemies in a chaotic fight that ends fatally. One of the PLLs learns a secret about her past that changes everything while another Liar discovers something about her future that could alter her course forever.”

It is clear from both the synopsis and a promo clip for the summer finale, titled “The DArkest Knight,” that someone will die on Pretty Little Liars. The question is who will be the victim? As readers can see in the promo clip below, Hanna (Ashley Benson) and her kidnapping scheme isn’t really working out that well. Mona (Janel Parrish) comes to help her. Eventually, the other Liars reunite with Hanna. However, Noel Kahn (Brant Daugherty) ends up escaping. He didn’t free himself. Instead, Jenna Marshall (Tammin Sursok) shows up. Apparently, she untied him and she has a gun pointed directly at the Liars.

Just like the Pretty Little Liars Season 7 synopsis for the summer finale states, there is a chaotic fight and a gunshot is heard. One of the Liars can be heard saying, “Ali, is that you?” Then, someone asks “What did you do!?” All that is seen next are a pair of legs laying on the floor. Whoever is on the ground is wearing boots, making PLL fans suspect that Spencer Hastings gets shot. That doesn’t mean that Spencer dies in Pretty Little Liars, but fans are worried and for good reason.

There is a rumor that Spencer and Toby, aka “Spoby,” are in a car accident. Some believe that Keegan Allen’s character will be the one to exit Marlene King’s hit Freeform series. It would be horrible if that happened, especially since Spencer and Toby kiss in the promo clip. Will Spencer really lose the man she loves just as they get close to reconciling? Another Instagram rumor is that Spencer is Mary Drake’s (Andrea Parker) secret child.

Fans are hoping that none of the girls die in Pretty Little Liars. There is always the possibility that is Jenna or Noel that dies in the summer finale. What does showrunner Marlene King have to say about tonight’s episode? The executive producer revealed some PLL spoilers to Entertainment Weekly.

“One of the Liars’ life will change drastically after a certain reveal is exposed. There are two big emotional game changers for multiple liars.”

The Pretty Little Liars showrunner also teased to EW about the “spectacular death.” Based on Marlene’s statement, it is because of the way the person dies. Maybe that means it won’t be a car accident or a gunshot, but something totally different and unexpected. It has to be something that fans will remember forever.

“When I called the actor to tell that person that they were going to die, I did tell this person it is the most spectacular death we have had on the show. It’s groundbreaking for us in the way this person dies, for sure. I think it’s just fun and chilling and also as we get into the finale and the next 10 episodes, we’re trying to come full circle on the show in a lot of ways, and this one sets the groundwork for that.”

Who do you think dies on Pretty Little Liars Season 7, Episode 10? What would make a PLL death so spectacular? Find out tonight when Freeform airs the summer finale.
