‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Liz And Rachel’s Connection Revealed, Serial Killer Outed, And ‘JaSam’ Wedding Begins

General Hospital spoilers for next week are setting fans up for a huge reveal. There are several storylines that have a bit of mystery to them right now and the prep for November sweeps has begun.

This is the week leading up to the beginning of Jason (Billy Miller) and Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) wedding. It will kick off at the end of the week with Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) arriving just in time for this very important event.

Fans have been waiting to find out the identity of the mystery killer at the hospital. Speculation was cast heavily on Franco (Roger Howarth) in the beginning, but he is not the guilty party. Other people have been looked at, though only one is really at the center of focus. Celeb Dirty Laundry implies that General Hospital spoilers indicate that Andre (Anthony Montgomery) may be the one who has been killing the patients. During the blackout that will happen, Andre will be discovered trying to revive a patient when Dr. Finn (Michael Easton) crosses his path. So far the serial killer has been able to cover his or her tracks, but it looks like this week changes everything.

There have been rumors circulating that Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Rachel (Rebecca Budig) are long-lost sisters. It appears that General Hospital spoilers are indicating that it will be revealed soon. Heather (Robin Mattson) and Naomi Dreyfus (Robin Riker) have been in communication a lot over the last several episodes. It is apparent that Heather is holding something huge over Naomi, and it has to do with Liz and Rachel. Ironically, the two sisters will get into a huge brawl at the hospital over the diamonds. Rachel will push Liz down the stairs and be facing some jail time. Franco watches as it all happens, and then conveniently runs into Naomi who warns him about his mother. This is also when the sister secret is revealed and Franco is put into a position of whether or not to be honest to his lady love.

Right in the middle of the newly formed romance between Laura (Genie Francis) and Kevin (Jon Lindstrom), she will have to leave town. The writers are covering it with Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) going off to boarding school to keep him safe. Laura will leave with Spencer and return sometime in September. This was written so that Genie Francis could take her summer vacation without too much interruption within the current storyline. General Hospital spoilers reveal that the show could be considering changing out actors for the role of Spencer Cassadine. If this happens, you can expect some serious backlash from fans who have grown to love Bechtel in the role.

While fans haven’t seen much of Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) and Michael (Chad Duell) as of late, that changes next week. There will be some talk about how much time Joe (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) is spending with Sabrina between Michael and Sonny (Maurice Benard). After the father and son have a discussion, Sonny will seek out Joe to have some words with him. General Hospital spoilers reveal that it will be an interesting interaction between these actors who have been on the back burner for quite some time.

So much is going to be happening on General Hospital next week. Questions will be answered, motives will be revealed, and secrets put out in the open. Fans are excited for the build up to the next sweeps period, especially since things really pick up in order to boost ratings. Next week is going to be good and General Hospital spoilers promise a week of shocking events for everyone who is anyone in Port Charles.
