Are Gwen Stefani And Miranda Lambert Set To Go Head -To -Head Over Blake? Wedding Plans In The Works For The Couple

The incessant gushing that seems to have fans smitten by the relationship between Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton reportedly has Shelton’s ex, Miranda Lambert, ready for a face-off with the No Doubt front-woman. Rumors are swirling that Gwen and Blake are preparing to tie the knot by year’s end, and this reportedly has Miranda Lambert a little outraged at the speedy union that may lead to marriage.

The International Business Times shares words from a reported source who says Lambert is simply not having it and is sick of Stefani and Shelton “flaunting their relationship.”

“[Lambert] believes she’s been portrayed as the bad guy in her breakup with Blake and feels Gwen’s contributed to that public perception. Miranda would welcome a showdown with Gwen, to get everything in the open once and for all.”

As the publication relays, last week, In Touch stated that Lambert is tired of hearing Blake’s words about how trying things were during their divorce.

“Gwen should be worried about what Miranda is going to say, sing and do next. Miranda is tired of Gwen incessantly gushing about her new romance with Blake. She’s sick to death of Blake carrying on in interviews about how Gwen ‘saved [his] life’ and saying he was ‘at rock bottom, in the middle of hell’ after their divorce.”

As for the apparent upcoming nuptials, sources give details about the plan the couple reportedly has in place. Rumors are being churned out about the engagement and wedding stating that Gwen and Blake will announce their engagement in September and marry over the Christmas holidays.

“They’re planning a December wedding at Blake’s ranch in Oklahoma because Gwen and the boys love it there and it will give them a lot of privacy.”

The source also gets into discussing financial matters, sharing that Stefani and Shelton intend to sign prenuptial agreements for this union which will detail that their earnings will not be combined. In total, the pair is reportedly worth an estimated $225 million.

“The prenup will dictate that their earnings remain separate,” says the source.

Life & Style also relays that the ranch is a favorite of Stefani’s boys, and they are all excited about the supposed upcoming big day.

“In fact, on a recent break from her concert tour, the 46-year-old blonde beauty and her three sons spent a day at the Voice coach’s abode, riding ATVs and making cheese dip.”

Gwen and Blake sparked romance rumors a year ago when they both were co-judges on the hit show, The Voice. At the time, Gwen was enduring a difficult divorce from her husband of nearly 13 years, Gavin Rossdale, after she was made aware of his affair with their children’s nanny. Blake too was finalizing his divorce from 32-year-old Miranda Lambert, and the two bonded over heartbreak. After weeks of speculation that the couple was carrying on a romance, they finally fessed up and admitted that they were in the beginning stages of what has turned out to be one adorable relationship.

Gwen and Blake really are very much in love, and they make it clear in just about every interview they give. Recently, as was noted, Blake did the gushing over Gwen and how she saved “his life.”

The Huffington Post relays the star’s words.

“Gwen saved my life. Who else on earth could understand going through a high-profile divorce from another musician? You can’t even imagine the similarities in our divorces.”

The star also spoke of his latest record that reveals a great deal about loss and love.

“You can learn some facts of my divorce. Maybe not specifics, but you can get a general idea about it. It is my divorce record, but maybe even more than that, it’s my happy, falling-in-love record too.”
