Jinger Duggar And Jeremy Vuolo Post New Messages About Their Engagement, Hint TV Wedding Will Come Soon

Jinger Duggar is getting married—and the wedding date could come very soon. The 19 Kids and Counting alum has received well wishes from both sides of the family since announcing her engagement to Jeremy Vuolo just one month after announcing their courtship. And now, Jinger has posted her own message to fans, saying she’s “super excited” to start her new life with the former soccer pro.

In the video, Jinger flashes her diamond solitaire engagement ring and tells fans she is excited to see where God leads her and Jeremy in the future. You can see Jinger Duggar’s reaction to her engagement in the video below.

Jinger’s fiancé, Jeremy Vuolo, also posted a video which was taken outside of his grandparents’ home in New Jersey. In the video, Jeremy explains that he stopped by to see his family after spending several days in New York City, where he proposed to Jinger. And he also teased that the wedding planning will soon be in the works.

“I am so excited to say that [Jinger] is my fiancé, and I am excited for the days ahead,” Vuolo said. “And we’re hopefully planning a wedding here not too long from now.”

This is not the first time Vuolo has hinted that the wedding will come soon. TLC posted the couple’s engagement announcement video, and the groom-to-be said he can’t wait for fans to see all of the wedding details on the new season of the Duggar family’s spin-off show, Counting On. That’s a pretty sure sign that Jinger and Jeremy’s wedding will air on TLC.

Jinger Duggar has not commented on the timeline for her wedding, but if she’s anything like her older sisters, it could come very soon. Jinger’s sister Jessa was engaged for only three months before she tied the knot with Ben Seewald in 2014, and her sister Jill’s engagement to Derick Dillard was even shorter. Both weddings aired on TLC.

As for her own wedding planning, Jinger has a major advantage. The couple should have no trouble securing the Duggar family’s mega church on any date they want, and Jinger can probably even reuse the wedding décor that was used at both Jill and Jessa’s weddings. With 1,000 guests and counting, any saved pennies will count!

Speaking of Jill and Jessa, both of them (and their spouses) posted congratulations messages to their younger sister and her new fiancé. Jinger’s parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, also posted a blog message saying they are excited about the upcoming Duggar wedding.

“Sweet little Jinger is now grown up and engaged!” the Duggar parents wrote. “We are so happy for them both. Above all, we are so grateful for their love and commitment to Christ. We are so excited about another Duggar wedding! We know that wonderful days are ahead for Jinger and Jeremy and we are looking forward to every moment! Our entire family rejoices!”

Although it seems like Jinger’s engagement came very fast—she and Vuolo only publicly announced their courtship last month—the couple has actually been courting for seven months.

While the usual Duggar-approved form of courtship consists of no kissing, chaperoned dates, side-hugs, and, of course, no premarital sex, there has been some controversy over how affectionate Jinger and Jeremy seem to be. But fans should know that the courtship rules are determined by each couple, so Jinger’s rules may not be the same as her sisters’.

Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo met last year through Jessa and Ben Seewald, and they bonded during mission trips together. Now, another supersized Duggar wedding is on the way!
