Crystal Hefner Gets 15,000 Instagram Likes On New Breast Implant Removal Post [Update]

Crystal Hefner is getting plenty of comments and support on Instagram after Hefner told the world about getting her breast implants removed, as reported by the Inquisitr. Crystal’s Facebook and Instagram post about getting the implants that “slowly poisoned” Hefner removed really struck a nerve among the online community — and follow-up posts from Hefner continue to reverberate throughout the world. An NSFW update post on Instagram by Hefner about her status after her breast implant removal surgery gained nearly 15,000 likes within one hour since Crystal posted the photo on Saturday, July 23.

In the new Instagram post, Hefner described receiving thousands of messages in the wake of her post about her breast implant removal surgery. Crystal wrote that she heard from many other women who wrote to tell Hefner that they were going through the same things Crystal experienced with her breast implants.

“Taking some pics at mom’s new house on the lake. I have received thousands of messages from women who feel they may be getting sick from their implants. I suggest checking out the site HealingImplantIllness.com to check symptoms and also adding yourself to the ‘Breast Implant Illness’ group on Facebook. There are over 3,000 women on there who are very helpful and are all going through the same thing. Keep in mind that your implants do not need to be ruptured to be making you sick, mine were not. Since your body is constantly fighting them (they are a foreign object filled with toxins) your immune system suffers. Many women are diagnosed with auto immune diseases and the longer the implants stay in, the worse off they are, with symptoms becoming irreversible. I’m happy to be able to share my story and I feel breast implants are ticking time bombs and women need to know the truth about them. The companies telling us they are safe are also the ones profiting off of us. #breastimplantillness”

As a result of the viral Instagram post, Hefner received nearly 200 comments, with several people telling Crystal that she is naturally beautiful. Many others commenting on Hefner’s post thank her profusely for sharing her personal journey of the illness Crystal writes that she experienced from her breast implants that she got in 2008 and only recently had removed.

While some people are professing their love of breast implants on Crystal’s Instagram post, others are writing that Mrs. Hefner doesn’t need implants because she’s already beautiful.

The new ambassador of the natural breast movement is also getting responses from folks who are happy to see that Hefner is recovering nicely from her breast implant removal surgery.

Sara Jane McShane thanked Crystal for leading so many women to her breast implant removal support group.

“THANK you for leading them to us!!! My phone keeps going off all day long with requests to get in to the Support group! @crystalhefner #breastie”

As a result, Crystal wrote back to Sara Jane that it broke Hefner’s heart that so many women needed to seek out a breast implant removal support group — or one for women who are experiencing breast implant illnesses. But Crystal also wrote that it made her happy that the same women are having their eyes opened to the possibility that their breast implants could be related to the way they are feeling.

“crystalhefner@sj_sarajanefitness ?? breaks my heart yet makes me happy that they are becoming more aware ?? #thankyou #breastie”

Whereas one person wrote that they would unfollow Hefner for her post about breast implants, the overwhelming majority of comments received by Crystal were positive. There is lots of adoration being expressed via Hefner’s comments section, with people calling Crystal brave for sharing her experiences. One woman wrote that she even told her 14-year-old daughter about Hefner’s experiences with breast implants since breast implants are so pervasive in society.

One person asked if Crystal needed a breast lift or plenty of breast reconstruction since the removal of her breast implants. Hefner responded that she was still healing from having her “toxic bags” and “monsters inside me” removed — according to the hashtags Hefner used in the comments section.

Dr. Lu-Jean Feng, a specialist in breast implant removal, had to perform muscle repair on Crystal, as reported by Hefner and the Huffington Post.

“crystalhefner@ev_droune I’m still healing, she had to repair the muscle etc.”

Another comment Crystal received proved that it was the first time the user wrote being happy about not getting breast implants. One person wrote that they had their breast implants for 12 years with no problems.
