Dorit Kemsley Added To ‘The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills,’ Replaces Yolanda Foster, Eileen Davidson, And Kathryn Edwards?

Dorit Kemsley has reportedly joined the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for Season 7.

According to a new report, Dorit Kemsley will join returning housewives Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, and Erika Girardi for the upcoming seventh season of the Bravo reality series, which is set to begin production soon — if it hasn’t already.

On July 7, Us Weekly confirmed the news with a source close to Vanderpump and revealed a couple of details about Dorit Kemsley, including her friendship with Vanderpump and her marriage to Paul Kemsley, with whom she shares a young son.

Although it is unclear whether or not Dorit Kemsley has social media accounts, including a Twitter account or Instagram account, her husband, Paul, is quite active on Instagram. Days ago, he seemed to confirm that he and his wife would be participating in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 7.

“New journey #coming,” he wrote on Instagram, along with a photo of himself and a camera crew.

Dorit Kemsley’s reported addition to the series follows the exits of both Yolanda Foster and Kathryn Edwards as well as the rumored demotion of Eileen Davidson.

In early June, Tamara Tattles revealed Davidson had been offered a role on Season 7 as a friend of Lisa Rinna, a demotion from the full-time role she’s held for two seasons, and revealed she was not thrilled with the idea of returning in a lesser role. The outlet also confirmed the departures of Foster and Edwards, stating that Edwards was not offered a contract.

Meanwhile, Foster chose to address her exit from the series herself and did so with her fans and followers on Instagram.

“I would have loved a more graceful exit then Season 6 but sometimes we don’t get to control the ending of the chapters in our life,” Foster wrote on Instagram late last month. “I am leaving what’s over without denying its past importance in my life. I believe that every exit is an new entry and with that in mind I say goodbye to my @Bravotv Family as I continue to focus on a my recovery, my children and bring back the privacy within our Home……….. Thank you to all the fans for your love and unwavering support these past 4 years. I am grateful for the housewife experience and all it has taught me. I’am excited about this CHOICE and look forward to the next chapter of my life.”

A short time after Foster’s post was shared, an Entertainment Tonight report revealed Foster nearly returned to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills as one of Dorit Kemsley’s co-stars. However, because Bravo was unwilling to bring her back in a full-time role and preferred to demote her to part-time, she chose to call it quits.

While all signs point to Dorit Kemsley joining the cast to replace Foster, Davidson, and Edwards, it is not yet known what will happen to the role of Davidson. Following Tamara Tattles’ report in June, there hasn’t been any additional information given in regard to her future, and Davidson has remained completely silent about the show.

Also remaining silent about the show is Lisa Rinna, who hasn’t yet publicly confirmed her return.
