Johnny Depp Changes ‘SLIM’ Amber Heard Tattoo To ‘SCUM’ — Sounds Like Something An Abuser Would Do

Well, Johnny Depp seems to be handling this domestic abuse situation with his ex Amber Heard passive-aggressively.

Johnny had a tattoo on his hand, one letter on four of his knuckles that spelled out “SLIM,” reports Hollywood Life. Apparently, this is a nickname Depp gave Heard while they were together, alluding to her thin body, seemingly. But the 53-year-old actor was photographed in public with that tattoo having been changed.

Johnny Depp’s tattoo went from “SLIM” to “SCUM.” From this, we’re left to assume he is referring to Amber Heard, and is now bitter and angry that she exposed him. So she’s supposed to be scum.

Or maybe the actor is referring to himself, which would actually be much more accurate in this case. Mr. Depp also has another tattoo, one on his bicep, of a pinup model who happens to resemble Amber Heard. Of course, this too had to change, and Depp currently has that tattoo blacked out.

But for those of you who may still feel, for some reason, that Johnny Depp is innocent in all of this, he’s already been exposed. Amber Heard shared her text messages, and they pretty much confirm the fact that Johnny has an abusive history with Amber — it’s happened more than once.

What’s probably more sickening is how Depp is being described in some of these texts. It’s actually a perfect example of how the abuser somehow can get a pass because “they didn’t mean it.”

“Think he’s just texted you. He’s incredibly apologetic and knows that he has done wrong,” some guy named Stephen said to Amber in her texts. “He wants to get better now. He’s been very explicit about that this morning. Feel like we’re at a critical juncture.”

Amber responds, “Yes but I don’t know how to be around him after what he did to me yesterday. I don’t know if I can stay with him.”

Stephen responds, “He wants to see you so much. He’s distraught.”

Now this is where Stephen really begins to defend Johnny. Remember, these text messages are acknowledging the fact that Johnny Depp physically assaulted Amber Heard — on more than one occasion. Apparently, this was largely due to alcohol.

“Obviously he has no idea what he did or the extent that he did it. If someone was truly honest with him about how bad it really was, he’d be appalled.”

Oh, well, see? There it is, it’s all taken care of now. Johnny didn’t know what he was doing! Clearly, it was just one big accident and he just involuntarily struck Amber in the face for no reason, Johnny didn’t mean it.

“When I told him he kicked you, he cried,” Stephen told Amber. “It was disgusting. And he knows it. He’s a little lost boy. And needs all the help he can get.”

Johnny Depp, 53 years old, a grown man, is now just a little innocent child, and the fact that he had a drinking problem wasn’t at all his fault or his responsibility to keep in check, nor did he need to keep his rage and fists under control. And of course Depp’s assistant would claim that these texts are doctored; that’s what they’re paid to do right now.

And if Johnny Depp hopes to spin this in his favor and pull the public to his side, getting that “SCUM” knuckle tattoo really isn’t helping his case.
