‘Teen Mom’ Maci Bookout Slammed By Fans For Partying Days After Having Baby Number 3
Just when you thought it couldn’t get worse, Teem Mom star Maci Bookout is facing more criticism for her allegedly bad parenting decisions.
Only weeks after popping out her third kid, Radar Online revealed that Bookout was spotted partying with her friends at a local nightclub.
“Headed out to #Riverbend to support our local guy @Kanebrown,” Bookout shared on Twitter.
Following the message, fans took to social media to express their disapproval of Bookout’s partying ways.
“Didn’t you just have your third kid 2 weeks ago??” one fan wrote. “Stay home. Parent.”
According to Wet Paint, Bookout attended the Riverbend Festival with her fiancé, Taylor McKinney. The festival was held in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and included plenty of food, music, and, of course, alcohol.
“[G]ood music, cold beer & good friends #thingsthatmatter,” Bookout wrote alongside a photo on Instagram.
Based on the photos from the event, Bookout is already back to her trim self. Despite having a baby just a few weeks ago, the reality star appears ready for her upcoming wedding.
Bookout and McKinney are planning on tying the knot in October. The couple now has two children together.
Back in February, the reality star was seen consuming alcohol during her pregnancy. The incident occurred during an installment of Teen Mom OG, and fans were quick to express their disapproval.
“Every scene of @MaciBookout shows her drinking beer and she knows d**n well she’s pregnant,” one angry fan wrote.
“There’s no way being 4 months at the time you wouldn’t know being pregnant in this episode,” another added.
Bookout was also under public scrutiny during her second pregnancy. In fact, shortly after the birth of Bookout’s second child, Jayde, the MTV star posed for a photo while holding a beer.
Meanwhile, aside from outraged fans, Bookout’s co-stars have already taken to social media to congratulate her on welcoming her third child to the world.
According to Us Magazine, Amber Portwood was first in line and congratulated Bookout on the birth of Maverick Reed.
“Congratulations @MaciBookoutMTV,” Portwood wrote on Twitter. “[L]ove you!!”
Catelynn Lowell also shared her excitement on Twitter, adding, “@AmberLPortwood @MaciBookoutMTV miss you two ladies! Maci congratulations on that precious prince.”
Bookout first announced the successful birth of her child on social media.
“Mr. Maverick Reed has officially made his debut & completed our family,” she stated. “So much love, so many blessings!”
Despite the kind words from her co-stars, Farrah Abraham has yet to say anything about Bookout’s new baby.
“Thank you for all the Birthday Love!” Abraham wrote on Twitter. “Can’t wait 2 see everyone tonight and celebrate my dream Grand Opening @FroCoCoba.”
Abraham and Bookout have not been on the friendliest of terms recently. As fans might remember, Bookout was very vocal about Abraham’s involvement in the porn industry after the release of Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom and Farrah 2: Backdoor and More.
At the same time, Bookout and Abraham also butted heads when the former porn star was asked to be a part of Teen Mom OG.
Bookout’s fight with Abraham became a major drama point during the last season of Teen Mom OG and it clearly hasn’t been resolved.
Considering their contentious past, there is little mystery why Abraham failed to publicly acknowledge Bookout’s new child.
The new season of Teem Mom OG is set to premiere August 22 on MTV.
