‘Teen Mom’ Kailyn Lowry Accuses Javi Marroquin Of Cheating, Plans On Fighting For Full Custody

Kailyn Lowry’s fight against Javi Marroquin has only just begun.

Although Marroquin is still deployed overseas, OK Magazine is reporting that the reality star is already battling her ex-husband over the custody of their son, Lincoln.

Marroquin and Lowry were together for nearly four years and had one child together. Their second baby was tragically miscarried.

“Kailyn is trying to get full custody of their 20-month-old son, Lincoln,” an inside source explained to the outlet.

Lowry is apparently willing to do anything to gain full custody of Lincoln, including informing the court that Marroquin had an affair while they were together.

“[Lowry] plans to tell the court she believes Javi is a cheater, and she has been the one fully taking care of their son while he’s been away,” the source continued to dish.

Marroquin, however, is not going to let Lowry have her way without a fight.

According to Life & Style Magazine, Marroquin believes that he has just as many rights to Lincoln as Lowry.

“Javi thinks he deserves full custody,” the insider added.

Although Lincoln is Marroquin’s only biological son, the couple has another child, Isaac (6), about whom they will also have to come to a custody agreement. Lowry had Isaac with her ex-boyfriend, Jo Rivera.

“[Marroquin] spent the past three years helping co-parent Isaac and thinks he deserves partial custody of him,” the insider shared. “He’s ready to fight.”

Based on Marroquin’s willingness to fight, fans are definitely in for a nasty legal battle. According to International Business Times, things are only going to get more complicated once Lowry pulls the cheating card.

Marroquin was deployed overseas when the 7th season of Teen Mom 2 started production. Lowry is planning on accusing Marroquin of cheating on her while he was away from home.

At the same time, Lowry is going to make the case that she has been taking care of the kids all by herself while Marroquin has been away. Although this proves that Lowry is a capable mother, it is unclear how the courts will judge Marroquin’s abilities as a father figure.

Considering his desire to fight for custody, however, it appears as though Marroquin is willing to make the case that he can take care of their children without Lowry’s help.

After all, Marroquin has helped raise both Lincoln and Isaac over the past four years. During that time, he proved that he can take care of both Lincoln and Isaac, though he never did so without Lowry’s aid.

Meanwhile, Kailyn Lowry has yet to release any evidence that proves Marroquin cheated on her while they were still together. If Lowry wants to make a good case against her former husband, then she will definitely need to provide some concrete evidence.

Lowry and Marroquin announced their divorce prior to the finale of Teen Mom 2.

Although the couple has been through a lot of hardships over the years, they ultimately decided to part ways because Marroquin wanted to have more children and Lowry did not.

With that in mind, it will be interesting to see if Lowry releases any information concerning her estranged husband’s affair. If she does accuse Marroquin of cheating, then there is a chance that it was one reason why they ultimately decided to end their marriage.

In the meantime, Marroquin will have to fight Lowry from afar. It isn’t known when his deployment ends, but Lowry has plans to start the divorce process as soon as possible.

Whether or not Lowry is able to successfully go to court without Marroquin’s presence is yet to be seen. Whatever ends up happening, it doesn’t look like their divorce is going to end amicably.
