Queen Wears Hoodie While Sitting In Range Rover In Bizarre Photo
Queen Elizabeth wears a hoodie while sitting behind the wheel of a Range Rover in a photo that shows a different side to the royal icon.
The picture, which was published in the latest issue of Us Weekly, reportedly was taken after a grouse hunting session over the weekend. In the picture, the Queen wears the hoodie over her head and close to her eyes as she peers over the steering wheel of her Range Rover.
It’s a pleasant change for the Royal Family that, for the past week or so, has some even more scandalous pictures to deal with. A series of photographs of Prince Harry at a wild bachelor party in Las Vegas shook the family, leading to criticism of Harry and even a break-up with his model girlfriend.
The Queen reportedly met up with her grandson Harry and his father, Prince Charles, after the Las Vegas pictures were released. Not all of the family has been as supportive as Prince Charles and the Queen, Us Weekly reported. His brother William decided to remain at his home in Angelsey, Wales with his wife Kate Middleton rather than attend the emergency family summit.
Before Harry’s scandal broke, it was the Queen who was getting most of the headlines in the Royal Family, The Huffington Post noted. She made quite a splash at the Olympics, whether it was parachuting in from an airplane with James Bond (although not really) or watching the athletes enter the Opening Ceremonies with an unimpressed look.
Now it appears that the suddenly hip Queen wears hoodies instead of her trademark large floppy hats, but The Huffington Post may have another explanation. The picture, which can be seen here, might actually be a scarf pinned down to hear head with bobby pins, the report suggested.

I don't think the problem has ever been with the hoodie like in the Martin / Zimmerman situation, it's when the person wearing it chooses to lurk about in the dark, moving in and out between apt's creating suspicion and then someone who cares enough about their community tries to question them, is beaten to the ground and WOULD have been killed by the hoodie wearing person had they not been able to shoot their assailant.

@warreng2u: Sounds like you were there and saw the whole thing. Have you given your statement to the police? You know what "questions" Zimmerman asked Trayvon before a fight started? I haven't seen the trial yet, how did you get all of this information? Is this according to Zimmerman's statement? Because we know how honest he is, even before the judge setting his bail. Oh yeah…Zimmerman waived his right to a speedy trial so that he could prepare his defense. If it was true self-defense that caused him to shoot Trayvon, what defense is he preparing for? If it was me, and I had nothing to hide, if my story was the same throughout my questioning, I would say BRING IT ON!! Now he's broke, scared, and in hiding because he knows the truth. What on earth does the queen wearing a hoodie have to do with Martin/Zimmerman? Also, were you personally there as a witness? How is a boy visiting family on his way back from a store considered lurking? How do you know Zimmerman was a concerned citizen rather than a paranoid wanna be cop? Also, why would he dare try to follow, and go after someone, even for questioning, when law enforcement specifically told him not to approach? Also, if I was walking down the road and someone tried to grab at me, I can promise you I WOULD fight to kill, hoodie or not. Its a scarf! You can see the edge of it on her shoulder, it has a flower pattern and bobby pins to keep it on her head! She obviously just loosened it from under her chin–but its defiitely not a hoodie—why do I even care about this! LOL!

The news with this is that we normally wouldn't associate the Queen of England as the type to wear a hoodie. If Michelle Obama or Carla Bruni were wearing it that would be different. They're viewed as a little more hip. I think of Geraldo Rivera saying that Martin's hoodie marked him as a "criminal type". The last time I checked, practically every college in the U.S. sold hoodies with either school name, team name, or school logo on it. Victoria's Secret also sells them. Does that mean that the likes of college athletes or supermodels now deserve to get shot down in the streets?
