Rihanna And Joan Rivers Start A Twitter Fight

When it comes to picking fights for the sole purpose of being in the spotlight, nobody does it better than Joan Rivers. This week the funny lady who never shies away from controversy took to social network Twitter to attack singer Rihanna.

The fight began when Joan called Rihanna an “idiot” while proclaiming that she wants to “slap her.”

Joan Rivers made her comment after Oprah Winfrey interviewed Rihanna and the singer said she still loves Chris Brown and could see them getting back together.

After reading Rivers’ tweets, Rihanna fired back and ultimately deleted the following message:

“Wow u really do get slow when you’re old huh?”

Rihanna would later tweeted and left up a rather boring tweet:

“Slap on some diapers.”

The conversation then turned serious when Joan Rivers responded:

“Honey, @Rihanna, everyone knows: If he hit you once, he’ll hit you again. Read the statistics.”

Rivers then offered Rihanna a chance to come on her show Fashion Police, an invitation we are almost certain Rihanna will turn down until after hell freezes over.

In the meantime, Rihanna isn’t exactly sitting at home waiting for Chris Brown to sweep her off her feet and then punch her in the face; she was seen out with Rob Kardashian on Saturday night.

Perhaps Joan Rivers could have gotten her point across better if she waited until Grammy night and then just beat the crap out of the Umbrella singer.
