Jay Z Planning Revenge Album Against Beyoncé Following ‘Lemonade’ Release: Did Bey Also Cheat?

Jay Z is readying up the release of his revenge album, reportedly aimed at his wife, Beyoncé, following the singer’s Lemonade controversy.

The 46-year-old rapper, who made headlines after his wife famously brought light to his cheating past, has been in the studio gearing up for what is bound to be an explosive record, undoubtedly more controversial than what Beyoncé shared two weeks ago, sources reveal.

“Jay is working on an album telling his side of things,” a source tells Us Weekly, making it evidently clear that the whole cheating fiasco has more or less become a source of exceptional income for the duo, who are playing out their marital problems in the form of new music material.

It’s unclear when Jay Z is planning to release the album seeing that he is currently supporting Beyoncé on her Formation World Tour, but insiders believe there’ll definitely be something on the way while the controversy regarding their marriage is still a hot topic.

Should rumors be true of an alleged revenge album against Beyoncé, fans are already wondering what the aging rapper could potentially want to address. Is it going to be an album where Jay Z clears up some of the things Beyoncé accused him of in her songs?

One of the biggest controversies that came out of Bey’s Lemonade release was the supposed affair Jay had with “Becky with the good hair,” which fans believe was indirectly aimed at the couple’s former friend, Rachel Roy.

Roy, who was once married to Jay Z’s former business partner, Damon Dash, kept the conversation going when she bragged about having good hair on Instagram just over a week ago, somewhat confirming reports that she and the Roc Nation businessman had a fling going on.

Others think that Jay might hit Beyoncé below the belt and expose some of her darkest secrets — could she have cheated on her husband? What exactly does Jay plan on rapping about in this revenge album that he’s currently working on in the studio?

As of right now, everything is just speculation, but reports regarding Jay Z working on new music material that is heavily focusing on his marital problems apparently seems to be a fact.

One can only imagine how much money the duo will make once the “Hard Knock Life” hitmaker unveils his bombshell album. Lemonade, the latest studio record from Beyoncé, managed to sell an impressive 635,000 copies in its first week, followed by a stadium world tour.

On her own, Beyoncé is expected to make close to $70 million through the Lemonade album, her merchandise, clothing line, and her extremely popular tour. Jay, on the other hand, will be looking to similar numbers if he plans on dropping his new music this year and follows in the footsteps of Bey with a surprise tour.

Many social media users have shared their concerns regarding Beyoncé and Jay Z’s supposed marital problems, wondering if the couple made up those stories all for the sake of promoting their projects.

Evidently enough, whenever Beyoncé or Jay Z head out on tour, divorce rumors suddenly take over every media outlet. Could there be some truth to Jay and Bey staging some of their relationship problems, or do you think that the couple is genuinely hitting endless battles in keeping their six-year marriage going?
