‘Bachelor’ Stars Lauren Bushnell And Ben Higgins Make A Big Move: What’s The Latest For These Lovebirds?
The Bachelor stars Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell are taking a big leap forward in their relationship, and many fans are thrilled by the news. During the “After the Final Rose” special, Ben and Lauren shared that she would be moving to Denver, Colorado, where he is based. Reportedly, now the move is happening. What is the latest from these lovebirds?
After their Bachelor finale aired, Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell did some media in New York, spent a bit of time with his family in Warsaw, Indiana, stopped by Denver for a bit, and then headed to visit her family in Portland, Oregon. Ben and Lauren were back in Denver together, briefly, but now she is on the move again.
Bushnell tweeted that she is off to Los Angeles, but Bachelor fans do not need to worry about this trip. Lauren said she is heading back to California to pack up her belongings and get them to Colorado. The Bachelor star joked that she is anxious to head back to Denver to take over her fiancé’s closet, bathroom, and bedroom.

Lauren has already commented on social media that Denver feels like home now, but this trip back to California to pack up her things will make it official and Bachelor fans love it. After the finale, some thought that Ben would head off to Los Angeles and tackle Dancing With the Stars, but he said that he wanted to focus on his relationship with his new fiancée. So far, it looks like this approach is working well for them.
It certainly seems clear via Ben and Lauren’s social media posts that their families adore their respective new additions. Higgins bonded with the Bushnell family while playing golf and hitting up a basketball game while in Oregon, and Lauren has become seemingly close to Ben’s parents during the time the couple spent in Indiana. Now, it looks like it’s time for the Bachelor lovebirds to focus on one another in Denver and work on building a future together.
Of course, Bachelor fans are anxious to know when Ben and Lauren will start planning a wedding. They have said that they aim to tie the knot sooner rather than later, and Higgins has hinted that the event may take place later in 2016 or early 2017. Their first project as an engaged couple is to get Lauren moved to Colorado and they do say they aren’t looking to rush through their engagement.
Will Higgins and Bushnell really end up tying the knot? There are plenty of tabloid outlets speculating that they either are on the verge of a split or will end their relationship soon. However, at this point, it certainly would seem that Ben and Lauren are serious about making a real go of this and are looking toward the future.
Up next for the franchise is Ben’s runner-up JoJo Fletcher in ABC’s The Bachelorette 2016 season. Filming should be completed in early May and the premiere airs on Monday, May 23. Reality Steve‘s spoilers have teased that there is one guy in particular who is garnering a lot of JoJo’s attention, but it is too early to tell if he will be a front-runner for Fletcher’s final rose.
Ben and Lauren join the ranks of “Bachelor Nation” successful couples who are planning for a future together, but fans will have to stay tuned to see if they do end up married. Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert recently transitioned from their Bachelor in Paradise engagement to married life, and Bachelorette stars Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth are together and living in Nashville these days.
Fans are rooting for Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell to make it. Hearing that she is in the midst of making her official move to Denver has many Bachelor viewers cheering and hoping for a true fairy tale ending to this love story. Everybody will be anxious to see what comes next for Ben and Lauren, and folks hope that a wedding does come together soon for these lovebirds.
