Jennifer Aniston’s Rigorous Workout Schedule, Beauty And Health Tips Revealed

There is a reason Jennifer Aniston looks so fantastic and has such a flawless glow to her complexion on the regular. This talented beauty is not your average star looking to stay relatively fit and healthy for her career; she lives and breathes fitness and well-being to the point that she works out multiple times a day, not just once like the average gym-goer.

Aniston shared her early morning routine that leads to a workout upon another workout and then some. People notes the manner in which the Cake star’s day gets jump-started.

“If I’m working, I’m up at 4:30, 5 a.m. If not, between 8 and 9 a.m., because I’m a late-night person. But usually when I wake up, I’ll make my standard cup of hot water with a slice of lemon in there. “

Aniston was sure to share that she wakes up with a quick face wash of just “soap and water” followed by her first workout of the day because, as Jen states “she doesn’t “have time to be leisurely.”

Aniston then gets physical under the instruction of a personal trainer.

“Then I’ll go do a workout of some sort. I have a trainer, a wonderful woman who I do this spin-yoga class [with]. We spin for half an hour, and then do yoga for 40 minutes. That’s pretty intense.”

However, that’s just the start of her rigorous workout schedule. Aniston shares that the first spin and yoga session, no matter how intense, is just her warm-up.

“Then I go to a gym, where I do strength training or just my own thing on the treadmill, the bike, or the elliptical, just to change things up. [It’s] really good to get sprints in, to get in that interval training, because it’s monotonous to do one pace. It’s good to pump it up and then take it down.”

With all that physical activity and such a rigorous regimen, Jen shares that a balanced diet to compliment her sweat sessions is a priority that she is sure not to waver from. Her breakfast has all the nutrients needed to get the star’s day started right.

“Usually I’ll have a shake, with some sort of pure protein, then bananas, blueberries, frozen cherries, stevia, a vegetable mix of dynamic greens that goes in there, maca powder, and a little cacao. If I don’t have a shake, I’ll just have some toast and poached eggs with some avocado. Or millet cereal with almond milk and bananas – it’s really yummy, and you can get it hot for winter months.”

It’s also no surprise that, in addition to Jennifer Aniston having a super fit body, her skin glows and her hair is simply flawless. Her secrets to how to attain such state of perfection in regards to hair and skin are those that women the world over surely would like to know. Well one of the two has been shared by the star’s own lips, as Popsugar recently noted. Aniston sat down for an interview with the publication, during which she divulged the was she achieves such gorgeous tresses.

“Whatever you put in your body, it reflects itself on the outside in hair and nails. So I think [diet is] important. And if you’re not drinking enough water, it shows in your skin and your hair. That’s like the first indicator of how healthy a person is, their skin and the health of their hair.”

As to those foods she eats to assist to maintain her locks, Jen was sure to share.

“[A]vocados obviously are incredible. Anything that has really good fats — like nuts and avocados — and fruits. Always have a ton of greens for lunch or dinner. And beans, usually.”

Aniston later added that she would be lost without her dry shampoo and shared that she uses it typically after she exercises.
