Kim Kardashian And Kanye West Sleeping Separately As She Faces Lawsuit [Report]

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West may have already parted ways — at least in the bedroom. According to a new report, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and her rapper husband are on the outs and sleeping in separate rooms as they test out what may be a trial separation.

“[Kim Kardashian] is at a loss,” a family insider told OK! Magazine for their March 21 issue, via a report by Hollywood Life on March 9. “She’s questioning the relationship for the first time.”

Kim Kardashian and West tied the knot in May 2013, and in February of this year, after welcoming their second child just two months prior, the couple began facing rumors of a divorce.

According to the report, Kim Kardashian’s marriage to West is falling apart at the seams, and while West’s non-stop Twitter rants reportedly aren’t helping, there is reportedly more to the story.

Kim Kardashian and West are “in a rut” that has caused them to lose “the spark” in their marriage, the source explained.

“He let himself go while he was working on his album and clothing line, so he’s flabby and irritable. Meanwhile, she’s struggling to lose the baby weight and find her confidence again too,” the insider added of Kim Kardashian.

Currently, claimed the source, Kim Kardashian and West’s issues have led them to begin sleeping in separate beds, even when they are together. While both Kim Kardashian and her husband have allegedly attempted to salvage their marriage, West’s career has been his focus in recent weeks.

While things may not be looking good for Kim Kardashian and West, the OK! Magazine source went on to reveal that neither party has given up on their marriage. Instead, Kim Kardashian has attempted to get West to go to the gym with her, and West has remained in support of his wife, even after her latest nude photo led to controversy.

In other Kim Kardashian news, the reality star is reportedly facing a lawsuit over a 2014 car accident in Los Angeles. As Radar Online reported on March 9, a man named Rafael Linares claims Kim Kardashian “negligently” hit his car while driving recklessly on the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Benedict Canyon Drive in Beverly Hills, California.

“Plaintiff further alleges that Defendants, each of them, breached their duty by negligently, recklessly, carelessly and unlawfully owning, operating, maintaining, servicing, entrusting and/or otherwise controlling said motor vehicle in such a manner so as to proximately cause the vehicle to collide with the vehicle occupied by the Injured Worker, Rafael Antonio Linares, thereby causing Injured Worker to sustain severe personal injuries,” read the man’s suit, filed on March 8, according to documents obtained by Radar Online.

According to Linares, Kim Kardashian should be held responsible for his medical expenses, property damage, loss of income, and impaired earning capacity, because, as he stated in his documents, he’s allegedly been “deprived of earnings” since the accident.

“Plaintiff is informed, believes and thereon alleges that it will be required to pay further disability benefits and sums for medical care and treatment for an indefinite time in the future,” the document read.

Kim Kardashian has not yet spoken out about the lawsuit.

Kim Kardashian and her family are currently filming the 12th season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The new season will air on the E! Network this spring.
