Kourtney Kardashian & Scott Disick Are Headed For A Custody Battle

Kourtney Kardashian and her former partner, Scott Disick, are reportedly headed for a messy battle over the custody of their three children, Mason, 6; Penelope, 3; and Reign, 1.

“[Kourtney Kardashian] needed to let Scott know he has messed up for the last time,” a source close to the family told Radar Online on March 8. “She told him that she is now going after full custody and she will NOT allow her kids to be unsupervised with him ever again.”

Kourtney Kardashian called it quits with Disick last year after he appeared to step out on their relationship with an ex-girlfriend, and although Disick went to rehab a short time later, he has reportedly returned to his wild ways, and Kourtney Kardashian feels it necessary to protect her children.

After their split, Kourtney Kardashian and Disick reportedly had a joint custody agreement in place, but the agreement was said to be contingent on Disick staying sober, which he reportedly has not.

“[Kourtney Kardashian] also let him know that he ruined all chances of ever repairing things with her in terms of a romantic relationship,” the insider told Radar Online. “She told him that from now on, if he wants to see his kids he must go through her, and he will not allowed to be able to take them on his own.”

As Kourtney Kardashian and Disick reportedly head for their upcoming battle over their children, Kourtney Kardashian continues to face rumors regarding her dating relationship. Since splitting from Disick last year, Kourtney Kardashian has often been tied to Justin Bieber, but in recent weeks, their alleged fling appears to have slightly cooled.

“Justin and [Kourtney Kardashian] have been hooking up since late August, early September,” a source told Us Weekly in December 2015. “Justin started hanging out with [Kourtney Kardashian] alone because she started going out more.”

Meanwhile, Kourtney Kardashian’s ex, who appears to be going out more and more as of late, was said to be humiliated by the 36-year-old’s romance with Bieber, 21.

“Scott feels she’s doing this to get back at him and get revenge,” the insider explained. “He feels he has to take it and can’t say anything after all he did to her, but he thinks it’s dumb and immature.”

According to another report by Us Weekly, Kourtney Kardashian has spent time with Bieber at a number of nightclubs in recent weeks and was spotted attending his American Music Awards after-party. Kourtney Kardashian also caught a photographer’s attention when she made her way out of Bieber’s hotel room at the Montage in Beverly Hills, California.

Despite Kourtney Kardashian and Bieber’s regular outings, she failed to answer questions about their romance when she appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and when he was asked about their alleged hookups during an appearance on The Bert Show, via People Magazine, he claimed she was only using him.

“I’m being used, man. What can I say?” Bieber said.

“Anything there?” the host asked.

“Nah, we’ll leave it at that,” Bieber responded.

He then added, “No, no, but for real, she’s great. I’ve known [the family] for years.”

In addition to his closeness with Kourtney Kardashian, Bieber has also been spotted often with her sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, as well as Kendall’s best friend, Hailey Baldwin, whom Bieber reportedly dated briefly after his 2015 hookups with Kourtney Kardashian.
