Gwen Stefani & Blake Shelton Take Love To Next Level: Her Kids Adore ‘Bwake,’ & Wedding Bells Could Ring Soon

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton both suffered heartbreak last year as her 13-year marriage to Gavin Rossdale and his four-year marriage with Miranda Lambert crumbled. After going through the pain of divorce publicly, Gwen and Blake found comfort in a platonic friendship on The Voice. But their relationship status soon shifted from pals to lovebirds, and now Stefani and Shelton have a romance that another coach on The Voice, Pharrell Williams, considers a “miracle,” reported Us Weekly.

Dishing on Blake and Gwen, Pharrell reflected on how he had watched both of his friends suffer before finding love.

“It’s poppin’ off!” exclaimed the “Happy” singer happily. “It’s so beautiful, because being there, I watched both of them go through a lot, you know. You hate to see your friends go through something so heavy, and it’s kind of like a miracle, man — just watching that.”

But Williams confessed that initially he had no idea that a secret love affair had begun behind those big red chairs on The Voice. While Stefani and Shelton were canoodling and dating, their fellow coach was blissfully ignorant.

“I had no idea,” admitted Pharrell. “And then Blake sends me a text message, and I’m like, ‘Whoa!'”

Once he was clued into the romance that Gwen and the country crooner had begun, he was delighted that after their dual divorces, Stefani, 46, and Shelton, 39, have found love.

Just how serious is it? Gwen and Blake recently made their romance very public with their first red carpet appearance as a couple, an insider told People.

The source revealed just how adorable Stefani and Shelton were with their PDA on the red carpet and at the Vanity Fair Oscars party.

“They acted like giddy teenagers at a high school dance. They were holding hands the whole night and didn’t leave each other’s sides. I don’t think either of them stopped smiling the entire time they were there.”

In addition, Gwen has channeled her inner country gal for Blake and was upbeat about visiting his beloved home in Tishomingo, Oklahoma.

“She takes time with her image and she’s very serious about her career, but she’s also just a regular gal,” noted the source. “She loved having time on that farm and immediately fit into the fabric of the town.”

As for the differences on the surface (Stefani’s into chic fashion while Shelton likes to kick back in cowboy boots), their music and faith in family bonds them, shared the insider.

“It’s clear they share a great life,” revealed the source. “They share a passion for music and are very supportive of each other’s careers. Coming from the relationships they did, it’s really important to both of them to make time for each other. They both recognize the importance of time for a relationship and for family.”

As for when wedding bells might ring?

“For now, they seem happy with their relationship, but Blake is old-fashioned and a future engagement seems very possible,” added the insider.

When it comes to their relationship, Shelton and Stefani have made sure to include the three little boys that she shares with her ex Gavin Rossdale, a source told Hollywood Life.

“Gwen introduced Blake to the kids by his first name, they know him as Blake,” revealed the source. “Apollo can’t pronounce the L properly so he started calling him Bwake and now the other two boys call him that too.”

Shelton is terrific with the boys, playing with them like a “big kid” himself, according to that insider.

“One of his favorite things to do with the kids is go on hikes, they love Malibu Creek,” added the source. “They get out there in the mud hunting for frogs or playing hide and seek. Blake loves any excuse to get outside and get dirty so he’s a big hit with Gwen’s kids.”

And that means it will be happy news for those little boys when Shelton and Stefani do wed, which a source hinted to People could be soon.

“[Gwen] was questioning if she would ever meet someone that would accept her boys,” revealed the source about Stefani’s worry following her divorce.

And now that she’s found Blake, those close to the couple predict a “long-term future” for them.

“Gwen thinks of Blake as the biggest blessing,” added one source.
