Powerball Winning Numbers And Winners For Feb. 24, Watch Live Drawing Video As Jackpot Rolls To $266 Million

It’s February 25, and the Powerball winning numbers results and winners are in. No one has won the Powerball jackpot since the epic January 13 drawing for $1.58 billion that resulted in three winning tickets sold in Florida, Tennessee, and California. As no one has won, the jackpot has rolled each drawing and is steadily climbing to new heights. The next Powerball drawing takes place on Saturday, February 27, and the jackpot will be an estimated $266 million. The Powerball jackpot will have an estimated cash value of $176.2 million.

The Powerball winning numbers for Feb 24 are 21, 31, 64, 65, 67, and the Power Ball is 5. The Power Play multiplier is 3x.

While there wasn’t a grand prize jackpot winner, there were other winners in last night’s Powerball drawing. Additionally, no one won the Match 5 with the Power Play multiplier for a $2 million win, but one person did win the match five without the Power Play for $1 million in North Carolina.

The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are one in 292,201,338, and the odds of winning the match five are one in 11,688,053.52. Twenty people won the match 4 and the Powerball third-tier prize for a total of $50,000 each. One person used the Power Play option and increased their winnings to $150,000. The odds of winning the third-tier Powerball prize are one in 913,129.19 In total, there were 934,556 winners and $7,693,437 in total non-jackpot, Powerball prizes won.

Powerball is the nation’s most popular jackpot lottery game and has enjoyed renewed interest since launching a redesign in October 2015, which resulted in larger jackpots. Although the odds of winning the jackpot are now more difficult, the odds of winning non-jackpot prizes are better for the player. The redesign is responsible for the January 13 $1.58 billion jackpot. While some might prefer to have better odds at the Powerball jackpot, others prefer the larger jackpots that can instantly transform people into multi-millionaires.

On January 13, three winning tickets were sold. One was sold in Tennessee, one in Florida, and the other in California. The Tennessee Powerball winners are Lisa and John Robinson. They went on NBC’s Today show immediately following the win and also appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres sWow. Serial litigant Jonathan Lee Riches quickly filed a handwritten lawsuit claiming he was the person who picked the couple’s winning Powerball numbers. Riches has filed more lawsuits than anyone in the United States. It is expected the suit will be thrown out of court.

The Florida Powerball winners are Maureen Smith and David Kaltschmidt. They decided to hold off on claiming their Powerball win for a month and spoke at a live press conference on February 17. They both expressed shock at being the winners, and Maureen Smith shared a little apprehension about how their lives would change.

Of the $1.58 billion Powerball winners, more speculation, conspiracy theories, and rumors have surrounded the California winner. The California Powerball winner hasn’t made a claim yet and hasn’t come forward. A winning ticket was sold in Chino Hill, California, but the winner has not come forward. Rumors began circulating saying the California winner had overdosed on cocaine while surrounded by hookers. Since the other winners have come forward, but the California winner remains a mystery, many still believe the original report that the winner was a man who overdosed and died.
