Debbie Rowe to seek custody of Prince and Paris

Michael Jackson’s former wife Debbie Rowe has confirmed she will seek custody of two of Michael’s children: Prince and Paris.

“I want my kids,” Rowe told NBC. “I am stepping up. I have to.”

The decision by Debbie Rowe to seek custody is somewhat surprising given she signed away all her parental rights to Jackson in 1996 in return for a large payment. It’s also believed that Rowe hasn’t seen the children for years.

Rowe added that she would also be willing to take care of Jackson’s third child Prince Michael II (also known as Blanket) so the children can stay together.

Rowe also isn’t a fan of Michael’s father Joe Jackson, and said she will take out a restraining order if necessary to keep him away from the children.

  2. Debbie Rowe needs custody. She left Michael Jackson because she couldn't handle not being able to go to the grocery store and the harrassment and rumours. Her and MJ both said this. Joe Jackson wants money and is already advertising his latest business venture over reporters asking about his son. If Debbie Rowe was left out of the Will it's because she had left MJ due to the fame and publicity and he was sparing her that, which he has also stated in multiple interviews, some of which were edited to pieces (Bashir).
